+ -1 moreMy husband has been working with Dan; not sure what completion date has been specified. This is of an urgent nature for Carol and I know Doug wants to work with Dan. In other words, if passing inspections comes within a reasonable period of time, I would be satisfied, as long as Dan can respond daily to the work that needs done. If all could be finished in November, then I would be satisfied, even though we will be moving in the winter months, at least there is a timeline. If you know of good worker to: repair and place front door we are trying to get co. to repair porch roof and flooring we are trying to get individual to place hand rails we are trying to get electric fixtures placed. need final inspections in electric, HVAC, and plumbing Your steps are our next priority; can we depend on you? Description of Work: Dan purchased our condenser/outdoor units; not sure how he will follow through on passing inspections on the HVAC and Plumbing, please specify to: CarolMinnich1@gmail.com (305) 923-0737 we are encouraged to work with Dan, if these details can be decided. we need someone immediately that can finish and have a plan to pass inspections. I want to move in appliances, now that the painting is complete; then we need full time work from Dan; passing inspections so that we can move in. Please email carolminnich1@gmail.com and dougminnich@gmail.com because this is urgent to Carol; I have Stage IV Cancer and want to move into 68 W. 5th Ave. I would appreciate full consideration to be given to proposal made by Doug to finish but the finish time is very relevant. Any comments you have on other work needing attention to pass our final inspections, would be appreciated. So, it would be ideal if you could work full time; Carol is not in the loop, so please bring me up to date.
