Had sod installed in back yard. Some sod was brown and foul-smelling which they replaced. However, the following year bent grass started growing in several areas of the back yard. That grass had to be removed because it will take over.

We contracted for them to deliver 45 yards of top soil. They delivered instead material that was laden with rock, brick, clay tile, large tree roots, and garbage. They told us it wasn't "financially feasible" to provide topsoil and they harvested the material and that is what is done for most "new lawns" They never rough graded, they arrived with a tiller attachment skidsteer first, no earth moving completed. They werent going to rock hound until we told them it was part of our contract. Then they proceeded to scrape the area with the bucket removing the windrowed rocks dumping a mountain of rock and soil almost equivalent to the material they delivered. THe clay was clearly exposed as they compacted the entire area they had previously tilled. We were told it was a "waste of time" trying to separate the soil from the rocks. So I guess thats left for us to do. They never tilled nor prepared the area over our septic NOR did they slice seed because they never had any equipment at our property that could safely traverse the septic because of weight restrictions. THe proceeded to bill us for ALL of the work even though they didnt complete the aforementioned portions. We submitted a letter explaining we werent paying for the work not completed and they continue to threaten us with legal action (lean against property and sending us to their attorney and collection agency) We deducted $2k from the final bill for the work not done yet paid the remainder of the balance. They still feel they are owed for work they didnt do.

I enlisted the services of Wilson's Lawncare and Landscaping to cut my lawn, weekly. After their first visit you could not tell that the grass was cut, so I called the owner, Jack. He indicated that he receives that feedback regularly from customers and it is due to the lawnmower blades not being low enough. I ended up having to cut the grass myself the next day. He indiated if I continue with their services that he'd be sure to tell the crew to lower the blade. It got better, but happened one more time. I then cancelled the recurring service, since it didn't preclude me from having to cut it again the next day. I received an invoice for the 5 weeks that they mowed my lawn and requested that they credit me for the two times that it did not appear to have been cut. Jack indicated that he was not Walmart and they don't feel obligated to ensure that their customers are satisfied (i.e. come back and correct the poor service received). If you're looking for a lawn care service that has high professional integrity and prides themselves on customer satisfaction then don't use Wilson's Lawncare and Landscape. Very disappointed in the service I received and their inability to not credit me when I was unsatisfied. I don't feel that I should have to pay for a service that I do not feel I properly received. The two times that the lawn mower blade was not low enough, I had to cut it myself the same day or the day after. Waste of money, and rude service post cancellation.

We could not be more pleased with Wilsons. Jack and his team did an excellent job preparing our new yard. We had Wilsons final grade, broadcast, slit seed and put down fertilizer for our new yard which was about 2.5 acres of coverage. Jack's comany did an amazing job on the installation of our yard and were very maticulous as well as considerate when incorporating our desires. I was also very impressed with Jack's quote for the job and very pleased that it also included follow up fertilization and overseeding visits. If you are looking for a reputible, maticulous, and reasonably priced Landscape company, I highly recommend Wilsons Lawncare and Landscape. Thanks

We call 3 different people Jack was the only person that called me back. He was able to come out the same day we have a gravel driveway that sits about 350 feet off the road. I would use him again. He was very easy to work with.

I was not happy with the services provided to me by Wilson's Lawncare and Landscaping LLC at all. I feel they overcharged me. They also pushed a lot of the stones from my driveway onto my sidewalk and just left them there, so I had to clean up after they were done. But they did come out right away.

Great job. Quick cleanup. Trees look great!

Overll the landscaping went well. the onlly problem is the tree have crooked branches. They coluld have picked a better one to plant.

Fine, but not happy about them showing up a day late from my scheduled lawn mowing date and not letting me know.

The cost was very competitive and the company did a great job. The employees were very professional and hardworking. Overall, the job was completed efficiently and no details were missed. We were very impressed with the level of service and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Wilson's Lawncare and Landscaping was wonderful to work with! They did a great job in a timely manor. We will definately use their services again and would recommend them to anyone!

He does a good job and pays attention to detail. He always comes out on the same day every other week, so he's reliable.
