HIS PRICING FOR THE PROJECT WAS HALF THE AMOUNT GIVEN BY OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES' ESTIMATES. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CALLED AND SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. HE WORKED DILIGENTLY DURING THE WARM WEATHER OF JULY (90+). HE TREATED MY YARD AS IF IT WAS HIS OWN. HE ALSO CLEANED UP VERY WELL. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL JOB. GREAT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WARREN DOES MOWING, TRIMMING, EDGING FLOWERBEDS, GARDEN TILLING, MULCHING, GUTTER CLEANING, SHRUB/TREE INSTALLATION AND TRIMMING, POWER WASHING. HE GIVES FREE ESTIMATES. HE SERVES PATASKALA, ETNA, KIRKERSVILLE, BALTIMORE AREAS ONLY.
Description of Work: HE REMOVED THE EXISTING GRASS, TILLED, ADDED NEW TOP SOIL, EDGED AND MULCHED FIVE NEW FLOWERBEDS. PLANTED NEW SHRUBS AND TREES. REMOVED YARD DEBRIS AND PERFORMED OTHER MISCELLANEOUS YARD WORK.
