Description of Work: I have had several projects completed by Janelle @ Walls of Distinction and have recommended her to several friends. She is fantastic. She has painted my bannisters leading up to my second floor, as well as the 2nd floor walkway bannisters, my fireplace surround, mantle, bookshelves, and television unit (built in), my master bedroom and tray ceiling, my bathroom, and my basement. She is terrific.

 + -1 moreJanelle is incredible and I only wish I could keep her longer, but alas, I did not have anything else that required painting right now. Janelle is so knowledgeable about all things paint…and I appreciated her help with color a lot. She is on time, works hard, does a great job, cleans up, communicates everything, and is reasonably priced. The painting she did for me looks absolutely beautiful and I am very very happy with it all. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Janelle. She is very talented. I would definitely recommend her.
Description of Work: Janelle painted my interior bannister & newel posts which had previously been stained. This was a lot of painting as it encompasses my stairwell and also the 2nd story balcony overlooking the great room. She also painted several walls in my home including one that was two stories tall. She painted a large built in three part unit with shelving, fireplace surround, mantle, and 12 foot tall television cabinet with doors. This had all been previously stained. It is now a creamy white and I love, love, love it.

 + -1 moreI used Angie's List to find two faux painters to get quotes from to add to the quote I had already received from a painter a friend had used, and liked. Two of the three painters quoted me nearly twice what Janelle did for the same technique in the same room. She worked with an assistant who was as professional as she, and they both worked efficiently to complete a large project in just ONE DAY! I was amazed!!! It was a HUGE transformation, the room looks so beautiful and is receiving many compliments. Her work that reviewed in her portfolio is fantastic and we plan to use her to complete a bathroom project next month. Thanks Angie's List for recommending this great artist to your customers! She is talented professional high on consumer value!

Janelle works with you to pick out the colors you like and does not pressure you into something you would not like. She and Seth did an excellent job and were very professional. If we noticed anything a 'spot', they fixed it. We are so pleased with the results. Our daughter loves her bathroom with the dragonflies! We will have them back to paint other rooms in the house!
Description of Work: Venetian Plaster and Glaze in 1/2 Bath. Sponging Faux in Laundry Room. Painting and Decorative Painting Dragonflies in Full Bath. Painting Kitchen and Family Room (The above price included the paint and we kept the remaining paint).
