Triona's Concrete By Design

If you are thinking about putting in a new concrete driveway, do NOT go with Trionas Concrete By Design. We unfortunately used them and definitely regret it. The driveway they installed has multiple problems, and has from day one. It has been almost 3 years and Anthony Trionas has neglected to make good on his word and his Co, warranty to fix it. We would call and call, then emailed and emailed trying to resolve this. If he did get back with us, he would say that he put us on his schedule. When that time would come and go, we would start to email and email again. This year, we were on the schedule for May. Still not fixed, and he kicked us down the road to October. We are resigned to the fact that he has no intention of honoring his word to fix his mistakes. But I want to warn others, do not go with Trionas. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Did an excellent job, over a promised short period of time, putting in a long sidewalk.

Trionaâ s did excellent work: driveway, sidewalk, steps and porch replacement. Work was on schedule and price was reasonable. Anthony even came up with an alternative to the drain line that runs under the driveway that eliminated a grate in the middle of the driveway, making the driveway even more aesthetic.

Every single crew member who worked at my home was polite and professional. They were on time and did outstanding work.

Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job on our new concrete driveway and stamped walkway. The end result was beyond our expectations. We waited most of the summer for the project to start but the wait was worth it in the end.

Anthony and his team did a great job with clearing out old pavers/concrete patio, and then installed a stamped concrete patio that looks incredible, especially compared to how the old patio looked. His team was efficient, friendly, and did quality work from top to bottom. They even cleaned up after themselves after each day's work, so it wasn't a giant mess in our yard. Highly recommended!

They were very professional and returned calls promptly .

We experienced concrete spalling with our new concrete patio within the first 6 months of installation. We waited for the late spring when the weather was better to call the contractor back to see if the spalling could be repaired, and the fix is pretty ugly. The contractor said the patio may have been salted too heavy, but being a back patio, it was salted sparingly, and the concrete walk to my front door has been salted heavy for 35-years, for safety, and shows very little signs of spalling. We are not sure if; sub-par materials were used, if the job was rushed, or it was not done correctly, but the result is an unsatisfied customer.

Triona's Concrete by Design finished our pool decking for our inground pool. Anthony, (Company Owner) informed me that he had years of experience of finishing pool decks when he came to the house to give us a quote. We had a difficult time finding a contractor that had experience with pool decking and was willing to take on the job. We felt comfortable hiring him for the job after speaking with him and he was also able to start the job within just a couple weeks to accommodate our tight timeline. His experience definitely shows in his work! He and his crew did a fantastic job, were all very professional and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Anthony for all your concrete work and look forward to hiring him again in the future.

Anthony, (family owner and contractor) was on site every day working along side his laborers . he wasn't one of these contractors who gave you an estimate and then long gone with a occasional drive by.
