They did a very good job and had it done in about 15 minutes. The man who did the estimate gave us the Angie's List discount. They cleaned up well and took away all the debris. They were very nice, thorough and I would recommend them to family and friends. I think their price was reasonable.

WE NEEDED A TREE REMOVED BECAUSE A GARAGE IS BEING BUILT. WE RECEIVED A PROMPT ESTIMATE FROM TREE KING AND WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN. THE WEATHER DELAYED OUR TREE REMOVAL BY SEVERAL DAYS, BUT WE WERE CALLED IN ADVANCE OF THE CHANGES.

We had a little problem. They sent a guy out to give an estimate. He walked around the yard & pointed out areas that needed trimmed & trees that needed removed. They came out to actually do the work on 10/31. They charged us $690 at this time. When I actually saw their finished work, it was awful. I didn't realize, but their estimate said it was only for the side of the yard. I called the owner & he came to look at the work. They ended up finding more dead trees & trimming the other side of the yard & charged me an additional $160. The actual work these men did looked great, but I was not happy with the price. After thinking about this for a couple of days, we called them back. Loni made it clear to us that he wanted our business & wanted us as customers. He offered to cut us a check for $160. Part of this was my mistake for not understanding the contract entirely, but it was hard to read. Overall I am happy with this company & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I sent an email request for a free estimate. They were prompt in contacting me. An appointment was scheduled for someone to survey the trees and meet with me to discuss the work needed. After comparing their proposal with two others, their price was the lowest. I scheduled the work a few weeks later. The three workers did a great job with the trees and cleaned up the area. Great work!

They did a good job, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

INITIAL CALL WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY. ESTIMATOR WAS COURTEOUS AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. NO COMPLAINTS.

THEY CAME TO HERE DURING THE MILD PART OF WINTER, ESTIMATED PRICE AROUND $250.00. SO SHE SAID YES WOULD DO IN NEXT TWO WEEKS. SHE SIGNED CONTRACT AND THEN NO ONE SHOWED UP AND DID NOT HAVE NUMBER TO CALL BACK, LOST HER CONTRACT. TWO MONTHS SOMEONE CALLED FROM TREE KING, SO SHE TOLD HER SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH NO ONE CALLING HER FOR SO LONG, CONFIRMED PRICE ON PHONE SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS PROMISED THEY, WOULD BE THERE SO AGAIN THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. SO SHE SAID FORGET IT, SO TODAY THEY CAME TO DO WORK. WOULD NOT AGREE TO THE PRICE THEY HAD QUOTED AND THEN LIED ABOUT THE CONTRACT PRICE. THEY WERE OVER ALL THREE MONTHS LATE. WOULD LIKE THIS PERSON PUT IN THE PENALTY BOX!!!

THE ELDER PARTNER WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE ESTIMATE HIS SON GAVE ME. HE RAISED THE PRICE WHEN HE ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD OVERALL, BUT I WILL NOT PAY THE HIGHER PRICE. I FELT THEY WERE UNDERHANDED

THEY SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR JOB AND THEY HAD A PRETTY GOOD CREW.

HAVE USED BEFORE, THIS YEAR, CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM.

THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN CLIMBING AND SAFETY METHODS USED. THEY LEFT THE YARD AND DRIVEWAY CLEANER THAN IT WAS WHEN THEY HAD ARRIVED.

THEY DID A NICE JOB AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

THEY NEED TO COME BACK TO GET THE ROOTS BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! THEIR PRICES WERE LOW COMPARED TO OTHERS.
