I like that they were able to come out the day that I called. I was very pleased with the speed of their responsiveness. They came out the same day to give me the estimate and they came back out several days later to complete the service. I give them all A's.

They were very considerate with my property. They were careful with their equipments and did not damage anything. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

They were rated highly, and they had been awarded the consumer choice awards last year. I picked them, and they called me back right away. They were able to do the job within a week. Their price was reasonable, and they were very friendly and polite. I called them the day the job was done at 6 p.m. They called me the next morning because there were a couple of things they forgot to do. They were willing to come out to remedy, but I wasn?t available. We have to finish it, and I am sure they will take care of it. They showed up on time, and they cleaned up after themselves.

It was fine. They cleaned well. There were no problems.

They took out the stump and we thought they had finished so we cleaned up the remaining chips. However, a few days later they came back to clean it up so they adjusted our bill. Then they took about 12 large dead branches out of the trees in back. After they left, the back yard looked just like it did before they got there. We were pleased.

He was very professional and responsive to my phone call. He came out the same day I called.

Had a brush pile from two ornamental trees I cut down (redbuds). It was going to cost $150 to rent a chipper and do it myself. Tree King gave me an estimate of $150 so I figured have them do it instead of the hassle of renting the equipment for the same price. Once I confirmed, they can within a week and removed all debris. They came while I was at work and even cleaned up some twigs I had not moved into the pile yet. Area was raked and no evidence of the pile remained. Very happy with outcome. Sent an invoice in the mail with all charges and taxes clearly delineated.

Quote visit was on time, quick and accurate. I was promised work would be done in two weeks and workers showed up in less than one week and completed the job. They took precautions to protect our home and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend them for their honesty and promptness.

After my last experience with Lonnie, I submitted a report to Angie's list. Everything was ok, but communication was a problem. Lonnie called me and we discussed my issues. Very professional (and appreciated). I recently received a $150 coupon from him for any tree services (they were listed on the coupon). I called him and inquired if he would help me pick up the tree from the local big box hardware store and help me plant it (that service was not listed on the coupon). Not only did he say he would, but kept in constant contact with me about my time frame. He met me at the hardware store. The hardware store screwed up by selling the tree I had purchased to someone else, it was not there. After 30 minutes they found another tree (the same kind) at another branch and promised to deliver it to me the next day. Lonnie was nice enough to come out to my house the next day and help me plant the tree (which weighed a ton at least...lol). He was even sick with the flu! NICE follow through and professionalism.

Contacted the company and they promptly came out, viewed the work and submitted a bid immediately. The price was better than anyone else submitted so I accepted the bid. They informed me that it would be about 6 weeks out...that would have been the 2nd week in November or so. That week came and went, I called the company. There was a bit of confusion about the work...it was worked out. Since I work very early in the morning and get home around mid afternoon, the work was scheduled over the course of 2 days, 2-3 hours each day. The day that the work was supposed to take place, it rained, so they didn't come. Understandable. They arrived the next day. The workers were excellent. They cut down the tree, only leaving the huge trunk pieces. They told me that another truck would be by the next day to remove them, which they did. They left my yard in the same condition it was when they started. I was informed that they subcontract the stump grinding out and it would be done by the end of the week. I didn't hear a thing all week, so I called the company at least twice and inquired on when exactly the subcontractor would be arriving. I was told they would call me back...they never did. About 2 weeks went by and the subcontractor just shows up, no call, no notice. I was lucky I was home as my backyard is fenced and locked when I am not at home. He did complete the work in less than an hour and cleaned up afterward. The only explanation that I got was that he had equipment problems. I just feel that a phone call is just a minute to accomplish and should have been done. The overall work is what I wanted but I had to "keep on them". Once they get there, the job gets done. I would use them again because the price was right and the work was good, but I know that I will have to keep on them.

They were very good and cleaned up well.

Arrived within two days to get it out of the creek thus avoiding a back up of water that could have flooded the neighbors yard. This required a large back hoe, placed trunk on the bank. Several days later, fork lift arrived to remove the cut up trunk plus debris and limbs when they departed, couldn't even tell there had been a major size tree down.

They have always done a very good job and they always have a fair price, they are very professional. They clean up very well and they have a great crew.

As you can imagine getting anyone to take care of tree damage after the widespread damage that hit Ohio was a large task at best. Tree King's answering machine indicated that they were very busy, but if I was a previous customer, they would take my request ...all others try back later. Lucky for me, I've used them before to "cable" one of my trees. Rod came out the next day and got me an estimate to get two men out to climb the tree and cut off the limb in a way that wouldn't take down the power line and said the work order would be handled as quickly as possible and that they would just bill me for the work. The kicker was that we had the house where the tree damage occurred on the market to sell. About a week after getting the estimate on the limb, we got an offer on the house and one of the contingencies in the contract was the removal of the limb without damage to the house. I called Tree King and explained my situation and the following day the limb was gone, no damage to the house or power line. All debris was removed.

As anticipated, have used them before, and they are accurate, prompt and professional. Good advice upon estimates, always.

Fine, they also removed a pile of cut wood left over from electric company cutting our tree.

Rob didn't book a time with me to do the estimate. He said he'd just stop by and leave an estimate for me. He actually showed up while I was doing an estimate with another company. It was an awkward experience. That said, he did a complete walk through with me, answered all of my questions and gave me a very fair quote for the work. He also followed up with me, but didn't hound me. I ended up going with another service because I had a first-hand reference, but I had split hairs to make the decision. When I have another project, I would still consider Tree King. ($1,200.00)

I wish I could take back the B rating I initially gave Tree King- they earn an A+ with me. The customer service, attention to detail and follow-through the company has provided me has been more than anyone could ask for. I am a manager of a call center and I would love my representatives to possess the dedication and drive to win a customer over that Tree King has demonstrated. Am I satisfied with Tree King? No. I am very, very satisfied and blown away by Tree King. There is no question who I will use/refer anyone to in the future!

I felt that they had very prompt service. hey were very courteous in their manner and very kind. They were a very friendly bunch of workers. I really like them.

They could have not done a better job. I had some questions about tree trimming. The owner came back in the evening and answered all of my tree trimming questions. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. They came out when they said they would and they got the work done very quickly. They also cleaned up very quickly. They were very easy to work with and they brought to my attention a few others things that I hadn't noticed.

They are excellent in all respects.
