They are excellent. We directly work with one employee, he comes out and gives us and estimate and performs the work in a timely manner. They clean up after themselves.

I called Tree King about 11/05/2012 to set up an appointment to have some tree work done. The woman on the phone said she could have someone out to our home on 11/08/2012 to work up an estimate for the work to be completed. On 11/08/2012 the arborist came to our home and I showed him what I wanted taken down. He informed me that it would be about 8 weeks before they could come to do the work. Since there was no real hurry to have the work done I signed the contract. In January I received a call from their office person saying that because of the bad weather we were having they would be a little later than originally agreed on but that they hadn't forgotten about us. The crew showed up about 02/07/13 and were here for about an hour to two completing the work. They removed branches from a Sycamore and Maple tree and pruned an apple tree which had not been properly pruned or trimmed since it had been planted. They cleaned the entire area when they were finished and quietly left.

The service from the first phone call all the way through the billing process was extremely professional and the work performed was of a high quality and a very good value. They were very responsive to questions, thorough with examining the overall property, but not pushy or high pressure in any way. They had very competitive pricing and I am very glad that I chose to work with them. We even had some unintentional damage done to a surrounding bush due to the difficulty getting to the tree stump. They responded the same day to my concern (the General Manager made a special trip to my house!) and provided a no-hassle credit to compensate us for the bush. Unbelievably great customer service!!!

I asked them to fell two dead trees. They did as I asked and added some cleanup even though I did not require that.

They are going to do the work in two or three weeks. I chose them because they are on Angie's List and they are in the local area; so they are not far from where I live. They did a good job of coming out on time and came when he said he would. He gave me a good estimate when he gave me the estimate and I though the price was reasonable for the work they are going to do. I will use them again in the future.

I spent about $3700 on their services. They were $2000 less than everybody else. They cleaned up after themselves and they did good work. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I will use their services again in the future.

They were very quick in getting out for an estimate. The rain prevented them from removing the tree for several days/weeks but the minute there was an opening, they were out here and the tree was down and cleaned up. They left the yard in very good shape with no branches lying around. The stump removal was a couple weeks later (as planned and b/c of rain). Very happy and have already recommended them to others.

I thought it was a pretty fair estimate. The first guy makes a diagram of what needs to be done at your house and gives to the second guy. He walked around and said he would take care of it. He did a fantastic job. We have had them out before. They were done in a half hour.

We had a limb that was very loose. They braced it up so it would not damage the house.

Things turned-out very well. The office was very conscientious about relaying when they would be here. The workers who came were very efficient and they cleaned up everything before they left. They swept the street and cleaned up the curb; the street was cleaner after they left than it was before they came. Additionally, they were right-on with their estimate.

It went/is going great! They were very agreeable to split the work into two visits, so I could spread the payment out over two months. I was told there was a 1 month wait, and then they showed up the next day to perform the first half of the job! Great job. Good cleanup. Asked for them to trim one more branch, which they will do on the next visit. Estimator was on time. Work done very well.

They were very good and professional, but their prices were a little higher than I would want to pay again. I would contact them for an estimate if I had a need in the future, but I would probably get other quotes.

The guy that came out was very polite and he gave me several different pricing options for the work. They came out and did a great job. Their price was reasonable, they got back to us quickly and I would highly recommend them.

Paul returned my call the same day and we met that same week to review the work on our five large trees plus small additional work. Scheduling immediacy was not a concern for us, so we scheduled about a month out. The crew was prompt, professional, friendly, and cleanup was great. They have done work previously and we had similar experience.

It went perfectly. They were very competent, easy to work with, and cleaned up after themselves. They even returned to take care of something extra when I changed my mind with no addtional charge.

Everything turned out very well. He was very reasonable and conscientious, and he was very responsive. If they are going to be late, they will call to let you know. We liked working with him so much that when some trees on an adjoining lot, which do not belong to us but hang over our property, needed to be trimmed due to safety concerns, we recommended Tree King to the owner of the adjoining lot who ended up working with them. He does great work, and we will continue to use them. We had received an estimate from another company that was over three times what Tree King charged.

It was great! They gave a very reasonable estimate. A fence was put up after the estimate, which may have complicated the job, but they honored the original price.
