Avoid – started off great, ended very poorly Things started off great with Josh and his crew. During the design phase, he was extremely helpful with the 3D design tool, making changes and working on a great design together. We ended up with a good design and it was very collaborative. However, after construction started things started going worse. There were a multitude of issues with attention to detail that cover all aspects from placing the concrete pad, applying the stamped surface, electrical work, protecting the existing yard/construction, managing water and cleaning up. After only a few days after the pour, major cracks (all the way through the pad) started to appear. Water was pooling in areas where there was no thought of how to handle. After a few months, the stamped layer started delaminating and the counter tops were cracking. When asked about these cracks or issues that were showing up, I felt like we were given bogus answers just to shut us up. After I discussed the possibility of legal action with Josh, he agreed instead to provide extra years of maintenance, to which we agreed. After only 2 years, there are multiple areas of the patio delaminating, color is fading, the cracks continue to get bigger and it’s generally not holding up to the elements. After a recent terrible job at maintenance (June 2020), he is now walking away from his end of the deal and declining to provide maintenance any further, indicating I should find another maintenance company. I would avoid at all costs, as he won’t even back up his own work. After having the work reviewed from multiple other contractors (including Deco Crete), it’s pretty clear that this is not good work and is not typical of a skilled contractor. On a recent meeting with another company specializing in sealing concrete, they were hesitant to even touch this job as they didn’t want to be associated. I wish we would have went with someone else and now completely regret this choice.

Josh and his "dream team" did a wonderful job building our patio ! They built to our design, and made great suggestions to improve aesthetics and durability. The team worked hard, and put in long hours to get the job done on time - they are all very personable and were fun to have around. During construction I thought of several changes to incorporate, and Josh was flexible and able to modify the work to make me very happy ! Our patio and fire pit are about 1800 ft2, so Josh incorporated extra support footers to insure stability. TI's is very creative, did a great job on our large project, and was careful and protective of our home, yard and landscaping. Visitors to our home have commented the patio looks as though is has been here forever, they've said it is beyond gorgeous, and said it blends in with our house and yard perfectly ! We are very pleased with TI's product and personnel, and would/have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Josh did an awesome job. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and worked very hard to make the patio exactly what we wanted. When we had questions, Josh was quick to respond and he did everything we asked. I paid a little more for Josh b/c he paid more attention to detail and offered suggestions that made the patio exceed our expectations. As a landlord I have worked with many contractors and finding people that show up on time, are responsive to your questions and do exactly what you ask, is not easy to find.

The finished product was excellent. All of the guys were prompt, friendly and professional. The job site was cleaned up daily. All deadlines and expectations were met or exceeded. Excellent craftsmanship. Would hire again and strongly recommend TI.

We are very happy with the finished product. I must admit it took a little extra communication to reach Josh at times but the quality of his work was well worth it. He remains busy for a good reason. We would not hesitate to choose Josh/Timeless Impressions again.

Josh was very friendly and responsive. He came out with color sample tiles for us to see and get a good idea of what we liked. He listened to us and made sure it was exactly as we wanted it. The crew worked very hard and gave a lot of time and attention to detail. It looks really nice.

We received four different quotes and Josh was right in the middle price wise, however he was the most responsive as well as provided ideas and what would be best for us. We met Josh to finalize the details, stamp pattern and color and set a rough date. Due to all of the rain we had in the beginning of the summer our job was push back several months but Josh kept us up to date. When we did get a confirmed date they showed up that morning. The job took a little longer than they stated but that was due to weather. The workmanship was excellent and the crew was very professional. We'd definitely call him again.

Josh and his team did an excellent job! They completed the work in exactly the time Josh said they would and the result is beautiful, beyond our expectations. Josh and his team are not only excellent concrete workers, they're also artists! We are very happy with the result. Everything went exactly per plan and estimate. Josh is a true professional and really knows his business. I cannot recommend TICO more highly. If you want your concrete job done right, call them!

We got around 6 estimates. Josh was not the lowest, but he was close, and was much more responsive than the next lowest. He came to our house about a month in advance to finalize the design and agree on the colors and patterns. Josh and his crew showed up when they said they would, the job took the number of days they promised, the workmanship was outstanding, and he was always easy to contact to discuss the job. We're very happy with the work and the price. We'd definitely call him again.

The start date was pushed back 3 weeks, because of April showers, But it was well worth the wait. He came the first day and went to it. He communicated the plan, what he was going to be doing each day, so i knew what was going on all the time. He got frames put up and was here for the cement drop and installation but left his capable crew to do most of the details. Found him and his crew to be knowledgeable and experienced and very pleased with the finished product.

Josh and his team showed up and got straight to work. They did an amazing job and MAN they work their butts off! The result was a BEAUTIFUL patio and side slab! We LOVE it and we look forward to inviting them back to do a little more work for us. Highly recommended if you are considering any concrete work.

It was a fantastic experience. The crew was very knowledge, informative and professional. The crew dealt with terrible weather conditions but worked long hours to get the job done. There were many steps of the process and each was explained in detail. Everyone was extremely helpful and did not hesitate to answer any questions. This was by far an exceptional experience!

We can't say enough about Josh (Timeless Impressions President) and his crew. They did incredible work and we would highly recommend Timeless Impressions. At the onset of new patio experience, we received quotes from 4 companies. We ended up picking Timeless Impressions for a couple reasons. There are very few companies in the Columbus market that do stamped concrete and stone walls, columns, etc without a subcontractor. Timeless Impressions does it all! Josh was very responsive to my request for a quote and very professional. His quote was also the lowest of the four we received. When I called to inform another company that we would not be choosing them, they asked to match or beat the quote we had selected. When I shared with them the quote from Timeless Impressions, they were shocked and said there was no way they could meet that price. We had also visited the home of one of Josh's previous clients and loved what we saw. It was very clear that Josh takes great pride in his work...the craftsmanship is top notch. We signed the contract with Timeless Impression and Josh gave us a start date of May 5 with about 6 to 7 days worth of work -- weather depending of course. He ended up starting the project on May 5 and the project took a total of 9 days due to some weather delays. Josh was on-site everyday and has a very polite and professional crew. We enjoyed checking in with him daily to hear about the progress of the project and the next steps. Josh took care of a bunch of things for FREE that the other companies wanted to charge us for -- including lifting our air conditioning unit and removing a tree. Josh laid some stones of the front face of our stairs and also put in a small slab of concrete on the side of the house for our trash bins without any extra charge. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our patio. This was our first experience working with a contractor and we feel very lucky to have had such a good experience.
