+ -1 moreDid work as agreed, for agreed price, in a professional manner. We see some of the same people from his company year after year, which is a plus -- we have a good working relationship with them as well.
Description of Work: Repaired a number of side walk issues after walking the property with Building & Streets Chair and property manager and advising repairs that should be done this year. We have done this with Steve Hupp annually since 2005. He is a trusted, competent member of our team of independent contractors, who work closely with property management, and volunteers on our condominium board and committees. He has gone the extra mile on several occassions.

+ -1 moreSTEVE AND HIS WORKERS DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB WITH THIS PROJECT. THEY WERE ON-TIME, POLITE, HARD-WORKING, AND THOROUGH. THEY COMPLETED THIS JOB IN ABOUT 3 DAYS. THEY DID IT IN CONJUNCTION WITH A LARGE JOB ABOUT 3-4 BLOCKS AWAY. I LIKED THAT THEY WERE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION. THEY WERE EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY PHONE, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE JUGGLING A BUSY SCHEDULE OF OTHER JOBS, TOO. THEY DO QUALITY WORK. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: REMOVED THE EXISTING SINGLE-CAR CONCRETE DRIVEWAY DOWN TO THE APRON AT THE STREET. INSTALLED A NEW 45 X 10 CONCRETE MAIN DRIVEWAY, AND ADDED A 20 X 9 SIDE EXTENSION.
