+ -1 moreMark Steele and his guys do the job right. He came in and told me he would add new sub-flooring and not install the tile over my existing floor. What a big difference that made. He let us choose our tile at Hamilton and Parker. The total job was complete in 3 days. Very very satisfied. Mark is a hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Added tile floor to kitchen, hallway and bathroom.

+ -1 moreJUST A QUICK NOTE. I SAW A FEW OTHER BAD RATINGS FOR STEELE & ASSOCIATES. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I HAD THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE I COULD EVER ASK FOR. MARK STEELE WAS RESPONSIVE AND DID THE MOST QUALITY WORK ANY HOMEOWNER COULD ASK FOR. HE ALSO MADE SURE TO KEEP OUR HOUSE CLEAN AND CLEAN UP EVERY NIGHT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS HE USED WAS SUPERB. I ALWAYS CALL STEELE & ASSOCIATES FOR ANY JOB NEEDED DONE AROUND THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: WE HAD STEELE AND ASSOCIATES REDO OUR MASTER BATHROOM. A JACUZZI TUB WAS INSTALLED, ALONG WITH A DOUBLE SINK VANITY, NEW LINEN CLOSET, WINDOWS, TILE FLOORING AND RECESSED LIGHTING.

+ -1 moreI WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. HE WAS NOT ONLY PATRONIZING, HE WOULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. HE SAID HE HAD A FEW THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF AND THEN HE WOULD FINISH IN THREE DAYS TO A WEEK. SO I PAID HIM THE FULL AMOUNT. HE HAS NEVER COME BACK. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LAST TIME I CALLED HE SAID TO NEVER CALL AGAIN. HE WAS TERRIBLE.

+ -1 moreHE DID NOT COMPLETE THE ENTIRE CONTRACT AFTER HE HAD BEEN PAID ALMOST THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. HAD TO ORDER NEW CABINETS BECAUSE OTHERS WOULDN''T FIT, DID NOT MEET UP TO OUR QUALITY AND WOULD NOT FIX IT, LEAKS IN ROOF, DRYWALL UNFINISHED.
Description of Work: HE WAS SUPPOSE TO PUT AN ADDITION ON TO OUR EXISTING KITCHEN AND REMODEL THE WHOLE KITCHEN USING OUR EXISTING CABINETS.
