THE WORK WAS EFFICIENT BUT HIS HELPER LEFT GLOBS OF CAULK. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR CLEAN UP, THEY RAN OUT OF TIME, SO THEY HANDED ME A ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS AND HAD ME FINISH. I NOTICED THEY MISSED REPLACING A PANE AND THE WINDOWS ARE NOW FOGGING UP. I'M NOT SURE IF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, BUT I'M TOO BUSY AT THE MOMENT TO PURSUE IT. THEY DID RESCHEDULE TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE ONE PANE OF GLASS. GREAT PRICE!!!!!!

WORK WAS FINE. JUST SEEMS LIKE THEY SEND PEOPLE WHO DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DON'T SEEM TO BE THE MOST ORGANIZED.

CALLED UP ON SAT. AND THE REPAIR MAN TOLD HIM THAT HE COULD ACTUALLY REPAIR IT HIMSELF & SAVE A GREAT DEAL. ALSO IT WAS A SAT. SO THE REPAIR MAN WOULD HAVE HAD TO CHARGE EXTRA. IT DID SAVE HIM A WHOLE LOT & THE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL.

HE WAS REALLY NICE WENT ALL OUT. HE EVEN CUT HER LITTLE TREE DOWN IN HER HOME. VERY IMPRESSED!! HE IS DOING MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE. GREAT GUY!!
