Premier Performance Carpet Cleaning

We rescheduled with Jason three times, due to his machine breaking and him canceling. Then, when we finally rescheduled, he calls THAT MORNING to say "Oh, sorry, I didn't realize how far away you lived, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to come out and do it". I am utterly appalled at his utter disregard for his customer's time, and he clearly does not care for customer service. I completely understand every company is here to make money, and I am all for that, however - how hard would it have been to tell us this when we purchased the deal over a month ago? I will NEVER recommend him to our large friends and family base in Columbus area - and I would highly suggest anyone who reads this email goes with another carpet cleaning company. Hopefully one with professionalism and a high esteem for customer service.,

Jason was fantastic. He worked alone, but was very fast, efficient, and still thorough. He was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:30am, and arrived at 7:55. He first walked through the house with me, examining spots on the carpet as well as the condition of the furniture. He then told me the approximate time for all this work (2-2.5 hours), which he was right on - just over 2 hours. He quickly got to work on the couches, which took up most of the time he was here. He checked in with me twice on how I thought the couch was turning out, letting me know of any concerns he had. He had the carpets cleaned quickly (half an hour?), and all the spots I had been concerned about (possible dog pee?, high traffic area, possible ink spot?) looked fantastic. He then offered to go over any spots again that I was concerned with before he put his supplies away, but I thought everything looked great! He was very pleasant to work with and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend to anyone and everyone! I just want to add that we've had our couches cleaned once before, about 2 years ago. Lucky for them, I can't remember their name, because our couches are SO much cleaner after Jason's cleaning. Now that they are all dry, I can tell for sure that this was a much(!) better cleaning than we received from that other company. They seriously look like new couches! On microfiber, those water spots can be pesky, but they really are gone or faded really really well!

He responded to the schedule request right away. He called on the day of and was running a little late which was not a problem. Showed up as promised. He used a new "green" cleaning agent which smelled great and cleaned very well. All of the furniture is off-white and was very dirty. It is very clean now. He had a concern about discoloration with the chairs as the upholstery fabric was cotton and light in color. I told him to go ahead, which he did and they look beautiful. Even more so after they dried.

He was very professional, did a super job of pretreating and worked hard to remove a spot from a dog accident. Explained about letting the carpet dry and said if there was any problems to let him know. The carpet looks like a new one and we are very pleased.

The carpeting was very soiled as I had been ill and hospitalized and was unable to properly care for carpeting. Normally I have this area done every 6 months as it is white carpet so that it does not become overly soiled. Well that did not happen this time. It had been 1 1/2 years so that was way beyond what I had been doing. I was absolutely amazed at how dirty it really was and how clean it actually became. Looks like new ! :) Thanks very much to Jason.

I contacted Jason after a flyer advertising his company and offering a free room carpet cleaning was left on my doorknob. He had recently cleaned two houses in my neighborhood. I scheduled a time for him to do a walk through of the property. He ran into traffic on the way over and ended up being approximately 30 minutes later than expected. He did a walk through of the property and measured out 760 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned plus stairs. As part of the free room carpet cleaning he deducted 200 sq ft from the 760 sq ft and based my pricing off of a net 560 sq ft. He offered three different cleaning packages. The first is a basic one that was $0.40 / sq ft. It included vacuuming, furniture moving, steam cleaning, and baseboard cleaning. The second was priced at $0.50 / sq ft and included everything in the previous package plus scotch guard application in high traffic areas. The third package was priced at $0.60 / sq ft and included everything in the basic plus scotch guard application in all areas cleaned. The third package also offered a second annual cleaning at half price in six months that included everything in the third package. I decided to get the third package and went to work for a few hours while he cleaned. The carpet cleaning took longer than his estimate since it had not been cleaned in a few years. All stained spots were cleaned so that the spot was removed. The carpet looked as good as it did when it was installed in 2008 with the exception of a very high traffic area that showed signs of wear. In summary, I intend on using Jason twice a year and recommending to my friends and family. He is more expensive than other companies but I believe the additional price I paid over other carpet cleaning companies was worth it due to the quality of his work. I don't think another company could have done a more thorough job. I also appreciate the his money back guarantee if I'm not satisfied, flat rate pricing, and that he was trustworthy enough to leave in my house while I went to work.

They called before and arrived on time. They were extremely friendly and discussed the job and options before they began. The job was thoroughly performed and I would highly recommend then to my neighbors.

Jason was very nice, and professional and explained the process completely. Unfortunately, the reason I decided to have my carpets cleaned was due to high traffic area stains caused by my dogs. Jason recommended stain treatment for an additional charge of $15 per room. Even with the stain treatment some of the stains remain. Otherwise, I am very pleased with me the service.

i have had many company cleaning this tired carpet and it has never looked better. Jason was nice and did an outstanding job. I will use Premier Carpet Cleaning again. It was pouring rain and he was very careful to not track it into my home. I will tell my family about this company

Great! Many of the spots I thought were there forever came right up and the scent was awesome! I even received some tips on the best way to clean up spots without hurting carpet in the future.

My sister had given me a new loveseat for Christmas. I had only had it a few weeks when one of my cats got sick on it. It seemed hopeless, but I contacted Premier Performance about their big deal as it included upholstery. They came out promptly and went over my options. My service tech did a great job. I was thrilled not to have to re-upholster.

It was fine, but the stains came back after the carpet dried.

It went very well. It was good because they do not use water, instead, they use a powder solution. Both carpets are very clean.

We have worked with Jason from Premier for several years now, starting with our last condo. We just had sod installed at our new home and needed some of our carpets cleaned after months of mud and dust, so we called Premier immediately. Jason is professional, hard working, accomodating and beyond fair. He cares about his customers and the work he does. He is honest, upfront and willing to go the extra mile (or two). They did an excellent job. They moved my furniture and cleaned underneath as well as the main area of the room. We live in the Heath area and they did not charge a fuel surcharge. When they cleaned they measured first and asked about any spots. They then gave me an estimate of the cost.They began by pre-treating the carpets. They then steamed and treated them They also did my area rugs at no additional cost. They were professional and prompt. The owner himself is the one who came with a helper to do my carpets. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who does a good job and cares about their work.

Arrived on schedule, took care of all the work in an efficient and professional manner. Furniture and stairway look great.

They were excellent. They were extremely personable and he showed up on time. He even did some extra thing that he did not have to do. He was a great guy and he was very thorough.

Jason has been cleaning my carpets for six years, and I would never use any other company. His combination of expertise, hard work, and excellent customer service is so rare. For example, he almost always answers his phone, and when he can't, he calls you back incredibly quickly. He makes every effort to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. He is also punctual, very personable, and takes great pride in his work. And finally, he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need -- he's very honest. Basically, there aren't enough superlatives for me to use, but I hope you consider hiring Premier Performance for your carpet cleaning needs; you won't be disappointed.

They were supposed to come out on 2/2 to clean a leather sofa and a leather love seat. This appointment was set about 10-14 days in advance. I received a call on Friday 2/1 saying that they wouldn't be able to come out on 2/2 to clean my furniture since they had run out of leather cleaner. This is unacceptable. I had cleared my Saturday morning to be available to be home so this work could be completed. My weekends are important to me and having to waste a Saturday morning for nothing is not going to gain my business.

This is the second time using Jason.. The first was moving out of my house and he cleaned everything after I moved. This time he cleaned the carpet in condo I moved to. Jason not only arrived on time both times, he was so accommodating, he gave me 30 minutes to run to the store before he arrived. While he was here I happen to mention I needed my sofa cleaned and he did that as well although it was unscheduled. What great service, the carpets looked great and the sofa looked brand new. I will never use anyone else...

I was pleased with service. There was nothing in particular that stood out. I have no complaints.
