The job they did was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the process. They arrived when they said they would arrive and made sure that they communicated with me on the progress of the work. They were wonderful.

The timber was not satisfactory at first. He kept coming back to replace the bad timber. Finally, after about a year, he completely tore down the timber wall and put in a brick wall. He did not charge us extra for this. I found him to be extremely professional and honest. He has great integrity.

My experience with them was excellent. They gave me better idea about how to do the drains. They came on time. The scheduling was good. They answered all of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were fabulous. They were professional and they were on time. They did what they said they would do. They honored the estimated price that they had given us.

It went great! He was very professional, seems to know what he was doing, and was punctual. He got the job done and did it well. We were happy with the results.

It went pretty well. They gave us an estimate, then it took a couple weeks to schedule the work, the work was done around the end of September. The work looks good and appears to have cured well. They were polite and easy to work with.

Mark was extremely responsive and came out to my house the day after I contacted his office. He provided good advice and recommended that I try to do the repair work myself to save a lot of money compared to having the work done professionally. I have since completed some of the work on my own based on Mark's recommendations. I was very appreciative of Mark's friendly demeanor, honesty, and professionalism and will not hesitate to use his company's services for any larger concrete related jobs that I may have in the future. I had issues that I was concerned about and I phoned them the next day after the work was done. The new porch was just fractionally enough higher than the old so that the storm door would not glide over the door mat. Corey came out the next work day and very patiently explained to my satisfaction why it had not been possible to make the porch lower without adversely affecting the structural integrity. He made a minor adjustment to my front door to give better clearance over the porch. I had feared stumbling in the depression on the shrubbery side of the sidewalk that had been left while the concrete dried. Corey filled that in for me and moved a large stone to another location. I offered to pay for the extra time spent on these extra details but he wouldn't let me pay. So I think they went out of their way to please me, the customer. I couldn't ask for better cooperation.

We also have an 8 ft sidewalk that has to come up.

Emailed request for estimate one evening. Received call the next day that they had stopped by during the day, made the estimate and emailed it back the same day. After sharing estimate with wife, I called and said the estimate was great and we wanted to schedule the work. The next day (Friday) I received a call back that they were available to start on Tuesday morning. On Monday morning they called again and asked if they could start Monday afternoon as they were ahead of schedule. Entire project was completed by Wednesday and the quality of the work was outstanding. A very excellent company to work with, professional in every way. Would definitely recommend the quality and service of this company.

It went very well from estimate to final driveway installation. They are excellent to work with, they show up when they say they will and are very professional. We agree with others on the list that they are top quality professionals.

The man came out and gave me an estimate, they arrived on time. They did a very good job. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with the work.

Mark and Anne were terrific to deal with. Mark came to the house to evaluate the project and prepare a proposal. Anne returns phone calls very promptly and is always polite and pleasant. There two sons did the work. The finished work is very good quality. Their son Cory was able to pour the footer level as I requested. The finish on the floor was done very well. There were a few small bumps along the way but we were able to work everything out. The job was done very well. I am happy and intend to hire them next year for another concrete project.

I was pleased with the service. His price was fair. I was in jam at the time and he went out of his way to help me which was appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

Joseph came to the house and looked at the job in the early part of the week. We agreed that he would come back on Saturday and work on the step. However, much to my surprise [ a pleasant surprise] Joe came on Friday, to set up the wood mold etc., in preparation for Saturday. He had called earlier, but I was outside and didn't hear the phone, but he came anyway! He worked very hard and got the form in place. Because of the awkward nature of the front step and the slope of the sidewalk, he had to play with the measurements so that steps would be level and within code. The next morning, Saturday, he came at the agreed time and starting working. He was not happy with the step measurement and readjusted the form again because he was concerned that the top step was too high. He made the adjustment accordingly and completed the job. I am so very happy with the work. Joe and his Dad were wonderful to work with. When I get ready to do my entire front porch, I will definitely call the Mark Rodgers Construction company.

We were very pleased with the work that they did. They were honest, they were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were comparable and fair.

Our overall experience was great. Mark and his sons did an excellent job. He gave us an estimate on a Saturday and completed the work within 10 days. On Monday, they removed the two sections of concrete and set forms for pouring. They were scheduled to pour on Wednesday and did so. The driveway looks great and Mark made sure that everything matched the remaining sections of the driveway. He even made sure that the "swirl" was the same and that it was in the same direction. Afterwords they put stakes in the ground and caution tape so that no one would drive on the concrete for a period of time. We were cautioned to not drive on the new surface for at least 10 days. Walking on the surface was permitted the next day. We were very pleased with Mark and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing concrete work.

The whole process went very well from start to finish. Mark and his team was very professional and even started before stated start date.

It went really well. Mark's estimate was reasonable, and the work was impeccable. They were clean, fast, friendly and detail oriented. It was pretty complicated job since it required building a new ceiling in the basement room as well! Furthermore, the existing porch was leaking heavily and a portion of the foundation wall itself needed to be replaced. Mark also provided us with additional ideas for landscaping around the porch.

Outstanding experience. Very professional. Formal estimate provided which detailed exactly what he was going to do. We were impressed. He gave several options on the best way to extend the driveway. The only reason we didn't go with this company was price. He was about $800 higher than our other estimate. He was going to do a greater scope of work, but we decided to go with another company.

They were in and out, we never knew they were here. There was no trash and no damage to the lawn. They had wonderful punctuality. They were very clean and very polite. They were awesome. I would use them again and recommend them in the future.

He did a very good job. He was there right on time and went the extra mile to get the other porch out.

Excellent. They arrived a little later than they had said on the first day and didn't call to say they were delayed, so my husband was a bit annoyed at being late for work (he left the garage open and left). Other than that, everything went fine. We had an unexpected delay on pouring the driveway and the sidewalk that wasn't Mark's fault (supplier problems), so we worked with them to get the job finished. The end price turned out to be $225 higher than estimated as there was no gravel under the original concrete, so Mark had to put some in before pouring the concrete. Everyone on the crew was friendly, helpful and professional, answering all my questions and doing whatever they could to accommodate us. They cleaned up nicely after each job.The garage floor and the rest of the work looks great. These are very hardworking, conscientious people, including Mark's wife, Anne who runs the office. I would recommend them highly.

He was very friendly when he was there working. They very professional about he job. He always showed up on time when he said he would be there to work.

Mark Rodgers came out when he said he would and gave me an estimate (beating the other estimate I had by $1,900.00). Because of the early Spring rain, the project was pushed back a bit, but no big deal. On a Friday, Mark and his son Corey came and put supports along my front porch roof, and then broke up my existing porch. Because I had a pre-cast porch, no hauling away of the old concrete was needed. They then brought in gravel and filled the area. Mark told me, Corey would be back on Monday to set the forms, and do a final grade on the gravel. Monday morning Corey came back and did exactly that, and told me that they would pour concrete in the morning. Tuesday morning Mark and his crew arrived and poured my porch. Most of the crew left excluding Corey, who stayed to finish the concrete, and tear down the forms. They returned on Wednesday to saw cut the porch, and said they would be back the following week to take down the supports on the porch roof, which they did. After it was all said and done, my porch looks very nice. If I had anything to complain about, it's that my porch posts don't all set on the concrete like they are supposed to and I will have to cut and reset them, but Mark explained that they wouldn't set right after they poured the porch, and after all they are a concrete company, not a carpenter outfit. I enjoyed the fact that they are a family owned and operated business, and everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. And if you deal with contractors much, you know that's not always the case.
