I can't recommend this company enough! Mark was able to fit my job in (due to weather) very quickly. Arrived on time, was well prepared and coordinated his team wonderfully. Took his time to explain the process and nicely answered all my questions. Really great guy. Was extremely careful with my basement & lawn - I didn't have anything to clean up! The finished look of the crawl space floor is so nice and smooth. It's made using the space for storage so much easier. Hopefully less radon in the house as well. I look forward to hiring this company early next year for additional concrete work. Thanks, guys!!

His son works with him. He was probably in his twenties. He did not know how to talk with people. The work was well done but I will use them because of him. The porch looks okay but it was not easy to deal with them.

It went just like I expected and they did everything in a day. It was nothing spectacular.

They were really nice. A couple of guys came out and did the job. They got it done really fast and all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and the cleanliness was better than other places. They were really great and I really liked them a lot.

They did a very nice job, and they were very neat. They worked quickly and efficiently, and didn?t tear up our yard badly at all. We felt that their price was reasonable - we had gotten one other estimate that was higher than theirs. We recommended them to our neighbors who used them to do their driveway too.

He did a very good job with the driveway. He showed up on time. Everything with him was fine. The price charged by him was good.

Mark was very responsive to phone calls. He arrived punctually for every appointment and completed the work ahead of schedule. He called before every visit and called to check to be sure that doing the work earlier than originally agreed upon would be acceptable. He explained exactly what the process would be and did the work as promised. The driveway looks wonderful.

Our 29' 3" X 5' front porch floor had a 1 1/2 inch jagged crack across the entire 5'. The slab was poured as a single piece and thusly the slab had moved about 2" away from the house on one end and twisted raising itself off the fondation blocks by about 3" in some places. 1 Initial contact with the company. Very polite and professional office personel. Set up an appointment for an estimate. ( So I wouldn't have to sit around the house all day waiting for them to show up. ) 2. Mark came at the scheduled time, surveyed the problem, explained the problem and most likely why it happened, and what needed to be done to correct it. I imagined the whole porch would have to be replaced foundation and all but he was honest, and didn't take advantage the fact that I know nothing about concrete porches, and said that it would only be necessary to replace the porch floor and do a little tuck point a few places. Nothing was wrong with the foundation. 3. Agreed on a price and a projected start date toward the end of October. We had excelent communications and due to the nature of his profession and having to depend on the weather he called and was able to remove the old porch floor much sooner as it was raining and he could not pour other jobs. He had the entire old porch floor removed and ready to set forms in 1 day. Very tidy did not leave chips of old concrete in the yard or anywhere else. 4. Yet another day of rain. Mark called and ask if it would be ok to set the forms and gave me an anticipated pour date. I told him go for it. 5. Anticipated pour date came and went without the pour, but not without Mark calling and explaining that there was not enough weather window for them to pour and the concrete to set before the rains would be here. We set another date. Again the pour date came and went without a pour as there was rain and high winds in the area. Mark again called and let me know they wouldn't be pouring that day due to the weather and told me what the next anticipated date would be. This time the weather was favorable. 6. Pour and Finish the concrete. Pour the concrete, tamp gravel down, trial, bull float, and broom finish and cut relief cuts in the new porch floor. 7. Removal of forms and touch up outside edges of porch floor. 8. Job finished.

He was very personalable and knowledgable about what shoudl be done and kept me infomred throughout the process. We had some potential difficulties with the town in connenction with specifications and he worked well with them to resolve the issues in a satisfactory way. He voluntarily agreed to reduce the cost by a little bit as the city insisted on paving a small section of the drive itslef when the street was being redone.

He did a great job. Everything was perfect, and his prices were relatively inexpensive. He was prompt, he was friendly, and he was very, very skilled. He did a huge amount of work, and I was very happy with him.

This is the best service experience I've ever had! I called Mark to provide an estimate on removing our old concrete patio because it had a negative grade and was allowing water to leak into our crawl space. Mark returned our call quickly and within a day or two came to assess the job. I asked for and received two estimates, one for just removing and replacing one part of the patio and the other for replacing the entire patio. Mark provided both estimates and, with no sales pressure whatsoever, explained why it would be better, in our case, to have the whole patio replaced. We agreed to have to whole patio removed and repoured and Mark scheduled us for a date in September. Happily he called a few days later to say he had an opening in their schedule and could start the work the following day which we agreed to. The following day they broke up and removed the entire old patio, prepared the site for the new patio, hauled away the debris and took a lot of time to ensure everything was in as good as or better shape than when they arrived. The next day they poured the new patio and waited until it set up to work the edges, etc. The following day Cory came back to saw the lines into the patio and naturally it created a lot of dust. Cory spent a considerable amount of time cleaning everything that was affected by the dust. Everyone we dealt with could not have been any more professional or friendly. It was just a great experience all around. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the work. We will recommend them to anyone who asks and we will use them when it's time to replace our driveway.

I am very pleased with the whole experience. Mark was very professional and clearly stated what he would do and what materials he was using. His price was also very good. But what I also appreciated was that all labor and hauling was done by hand - no trucks or equipment had to be driven on my lawn to get to the work area.

He came when he said he would and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was excellent in customer care. Allmof my neighbors came and asked me where I got this guy from and who did it.

fine - they we perfectly puntctual both days they came - one day for the demo and one day for the pour and prior to that Mr. Rodgers was very good in following up on the request for the estimate and letting us know what to expect - we paid the amount of the estimate no more no less - they had told us the installation date would be further out, but then moved it closer which was good so the work is all finished

This is the second time we worked with Mark Rogers construction. They are very reliable and responsible. They did the the driveway for us on 2006 and the driveway extension this June. Both jobs were done beautifully. He worked fast and fixed problems efficiently. We are very happy for both times service.

Returned my phone call that evening and gave an estimate over the phone. This is my second job with Mr. Rodgers and I will use him a third time if need be. Very professional, prompt and very clean. Awesome job! A+

Our experience was very positive. We got an estimate 2 days after my first call and it was very reasonable. Communication was excellent and the crew came out to do the work a week later. They were very professional, on time, and did a great job of communicating timeframes and when the work would be completed (we had a couple of weather delays). The quality of the work was excellent, the crew was very courteous, clean and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We will definitely use them again.

Overall the experience was great. The project was somewhat out of the ordinary, requiring more demo than actual construction, making it difficult to figure out who to call to get the project done. Mark was very responsive and helpful in determining the final scope of work in order to meet our needs but keep cost to a minimum. He did exactly what he said he would do, and everything looks great.

Contacted 5 companies about repairing salt damage to garage floor. Everyone except Mark said we would have to tear out and replace floor with an estimated cost of $2500-$5000. Mark said it was not necessary to replace floor. He had his son Cory come out and suggest ways to repair the floor. Cory's solution saved a lot of time and money. The garage floor looks great.

Mark gave me the estimate on a Monday, and I informed him I would like to have the work done. Anne called on Tuesday to say that the job could start on Wednesday. (All of this in the same week!) Mark had the old front sidewalk and rear porch out on Wednesday and had gravel down, completed the forms on Thursday, and finished the pour on Friday. Mark and his two sons were very meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. Mark took the sod that was removed from the rear patio location and used it to fill in the location where the rear walkway was removed. He was also very careful to keep the existing sod on both sides of the front walkway so there was no damage to the front yard whatsoever. Would recommend this company again. Excellent attention to detail!

He spent time with us. He answered all of our questions. If we were to do concrete, we would probably go with him.

Agreed to winter special. Unfortanelty we had a bad winter. We were to start work in mid December, but unfortunately Mark Rodgers had some family issues and came down with the flu. He communicated with me often and made more site visits than I expected, which showed me that he was careful and responsible in his preperation of the estimate and in his approach for the job. Mark was very clear and up front on what was and what was not in the estimate and answered all my questions before we proceeded with the contract work. Site work started in late December and Mark continued with the excavation and the forms in late December / early January. I think that Mark may have underestimated the amount of excavation that needed to be done. I new it was going to take a lot and even new about how many cubic yards needed removed. I think Mark may have been a little suprised at the amount of spoils that he took out, but he removed what was necessary to do the job without complaining. We had a lot of bad weather in January and February, and they came out several times to fix the forms, cover the drive with straw and tarps to protect the work from the weather. The weather caused some problems despite their best efforts, but Mark was true to his word and his estimate despite extra costs he incured from the weather and overestimating how much gravel I actually had on my drive that could be re-used. I basically didn't have hardly any gravel, so Mark brought in extra gravel at his own cost. He also communicated and was true to his schedules, he coordinated with me on all aspects of the job, and made a couple of corrections / revisions at my request without any complaints or questions. I would refer this company to anyone who wants a quality job and a quality contractor. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the project.

TNot only were they very easy to work with, and friendly people overall, but seemed to be the only people who would do this job. most others said they'd do an estimate, and I never heard from again. He took the time to explain everything, and it looks great.

The City of Dublin nixed the idea of the driveway add-on. So that dropped our contract down to $2600.00 FYI: they (Dublin) have since changed code to allow this option of a parking pad. We originally were contracted to have the work performed in the fall but this was pushed back to the spring due to poor weather. Which wasn't a big deal for us. Mr. Rodgers was a pleasure to work with and completed all work as contracted. We did/do have one issue that we are keeping an eye on: we have a manhole cover in one of the sections of our driveway, and there are cracks radiating out from the manhole cover in the concrete. We contacted Mr. Rodgers as soon as they developed he did come out and look at them and indicated they are "surface" cracks. He recommended we keep an eye on them and if they became worse he would take care of them. I'm confident that he would properly address this if necessary.
