Mark was very courteous during his initial visit when I described to him what work I wanted done (city sidewalk repair, walkway to house replacement). He offered suggestions on what I should do (replacing certain parts, instead of the entire walkway) to spend less money. He clearly explained everything that he would do, how long it would take to complete the work, and what to expect during the project. The project started 1 week ahead of schedule, and was completed within 3 days: 1 day to remove the old concrete, 1 day for the city inspection, 1 day to pour the concrete. I would definitely contact Mark again for more concrete work.

They were very professional. They always answered or called me back very quickly. They stuck to their estimates. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I called Mark Rogers construction on Tuesday. Mark and his son Joe came by my house on Thursday. I intended to have a large concrete slate poured at the back of my house to direct rain away from the foundation, or even adding a roof to the patio to make it a porch. After listening to my story and walked around my house, Mark suggested that I DO NOT waste my money on adding another patio, as I have already had one and a porch. Instead he suggested that I build a dry well to collect water during heavy rain. Mark Rogers is very professional. He knows everything about house. He comes out of his way to help me. He even make some other suggestions about maintaining the house. And this is the first time I met him. He could have just taken my idea and pour the slate for me. But he didn't He thought of things in my shoes and he kept saying "If I were you, ... " When I followed his idea of building a gravel bed as a drywell, he replied "I only do concrete. I do not do gravel" ---- Apparently, he didn't think of his own financial interest when he came to do the estimate and make suggestions. He place his client's interest ahead of his own! How more wonderful a contractor could be? No wonder he is the highest rated on Angieslst for concrete pouring and repair!. Hire him. You will not be disappointed.

quick competitive estimate. We happened to fit right into the schedule so the work was done right after we agreed to the job. cleaned up after, saved sod for replanting. 2 months later we are happy.

The center section of my driveway was crumbling and I hired Mark to repair it. When he came to provide the initial estimate he, unlike the others providing estimates, lead with the repair approach rather than replacing the entire driveway. When I inquired about replacing the entire driveway he replied that they could do it but it really wasn't necessary.They were delayed a bit by the weather but the project was completed in a timely fashion. I definitely will us Mark again and recommend him for any concrete work you might need.

He is very good. He is very polite and prompt. He gives you all the details of cost and everything up front. I would highly recommend him.

Mark came out within a few days after my original call to give an estimate. He immediately brought up any concerns and asked questions on my expectations of the job. They were able to start the job sooner than anticipated. Mark and his crew did a great job taking out the old concrete, working around my central air unit in the back of the house and cleaning up. Once finished, the concrete looked great. The patio in back turned out better than I anticipated. Very satisfied with the work.One concern about communication. To help build the steps for the back porch, cement blocks and bricks were used. The problem was the blocks and bricks which were used were my own that I was already using (or getting ready to use). I was not asked if the blocks and bricks could be used neither was I notified that they were used for the job. I found out when I returned home and was looking over what was completed for the day. I called Mark and left a message that I was using the block and bricks and that the blocks needed to be replaced. Mark did replace the cement block but explained he did not think I was using the block, therefore was free for his using. A phone call before they used any of my supplies would have been appreciated.

When I called him he was here within 24 hours to do the estimate. The work was done three days later. Him and his son did the work and they were very professional. They explained to my husband what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up when they left and it looked beautiful. They did excellent work.

Mark Rodgers did an excellent job replacing our concrete patio. We are very satisfied with how nice it looks. Mark is very professional a makes sure the work is done properly. Due to the record rainfall that we experienced last year, Mark had to continually adjust his scheduling, and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed as to any necessary schedule changes.

I called on a Friday and spoke with Ann to request estimate and it was done by Mark and Joe the next morning. I accepted the bid on Monday and after numerous conversations with Mark and Ann, the details were worked out. Both were very easy to reach for continuous communication. They were always on time and my satisfaction was well respected. I was very impressed with their total dedication to completing the work in a timely manner while providing the best quality of workmanship. The areas around the workspace were always left very clean and neat. Mark was always willing to take time to explain all details of their work. They were also quite personable with my family and neighbors. In addition, they were careful not to block the flow of traffic near my house. I have experienced neighboring contractors frequently doing the opposite in the recent past. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors, family and friends on the vast improvement to our property and the quality of the finished work. One neighbor even asked "Where did you find these guys?" I am very pleased with the finished design and how well it will serve my needs. I would not hesitate to call Mark Rodgers for any future concrete needs.

Mark and Ann were professional in every way. Communication was key and they were very responsive. They were patient with me in explaining what they needed in terms of access to the property to do the work. I highly recommend this company.

mark and his son joe are probably the hardest working guys i've ever hired. i had them do the difficult part of building an outdoor pizza/bread oven, digging and pouring footers and building a concrete foundation for the new oven. due to the site, this job was difficult manual labor, mark and joe never complained and worked through rain/snow and cold weather. mark is very careful to explain the work and makes sure you're satisfied with each step of the job.

I contacted company and recieved a call back the same day. Mark showed up for estimate on time and explained scope of work and cost. The job was completed when promised and turned out better than promised. Mark is very proffessional and cares about the quality of his work.

I like that they were timely and friendly. It was a father and son team and they actually enjoyed what they were doing. They left the area extremely clean.

found them on Angie's. Busy, had to wait a while to get job scheduled. Once they got here great job, worked hard entire time, even neighbors were impressed. Cuts were straight and clean and overall the driveway looks great. Cleaned everything up, and yard around driveway was put back in place. Very happy.

Upon removal of the old concrete, Mark found that there was no rock base in place, and so he supplied new rock at his expense, even though I offered to split the cost with him. He scheduled and excecuted the work with a determination not to have it rained on prematurely. He was highly responsive to all my concerns. The finished product was exceptionally good. It was a pleasure to have him and his son work for us.

The company got back to me quickly and Mark came out and did an estimate within a day. The estimate was close to others I had received. The estimate included the city permit to do the sidewalk. They did the tear out in one day but rainy weather kept them from pouring new for a week. They did a nice job, explained what the were doing and the products they were using. They cleaned up after each visit. Everyone was very nice including the woman who worked at the office. They looked and acted professional.

Very professional and and honest guy. He suggested that since the slab was still solid, I should look into concrete leveling. He suggested a company that I ended up hiring and I was pleased with the results. Next time I need concrete work that can't be handled by leveling, I'm going to call this guy. I'd recommend this company to my friends.

A previous contractor had disappeared after some prep of my front walkway from the driveway to my front porch steps. After waiting approximately a month for this person to reappear, I contacted Mark Rodgers Contruction for an estimate to finish the job. Mr. Rodgers came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called on 9/16/11. The following week I accepted their bid. Then the weather intervened for a few days but eventually Mr. Rodgers and his son came out and completed the job on 9/27/11 by doing some asphalt cutting, pouring and finishing approx. 16 feet of concrete to connect the driveway to the steps of my front porch. They had to leave the concrete covered with plastic for a few hours while it was setting up because it started raining as soon as they were finished. They told me to take it off that evening before retiring and I did. It looks great!

Mark was great! Worked me into the schedule as quickly as possible. They were always on time, very nice and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs concrete repair.

We called several concrete companies listed on Angie's List. Mark got back with us the same day. He came out within 2 days to give us an estimate. His price was very competitive with other companies. He always showed up when he said he would. We were extremely pleased with Mark and his crew. He was very easy to communicate with. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He and his crew always cleaned up at the end of each day. We have given his name to several friends. We would definitely hire Mark do do another job for us. Actually, we've already asked him to do a job for us in August. :0) Our garage floor looks so nice....several neighbors have commented on it. We are very pleased.
