Description of Work: When we got a new washer, the old fixtures needed some work. Tim was able to do the work the next day, Saturday, on a holiday weekend. He arrived during the time he said he would, explained everything well, fixed the problem, and cleaned up. He was very courteous and informative.

 + -1 moreTim was courteous and professional the whole time. When we told him this was a temporary fix until we could get the new furnace, he told us it would be a waste of money to do anything more the present repair job. He took time to explain what he was doing/did and was very flexible given my having to run in and out and leave the premises.
Description of Work: We called Tim and explained the issue with the 40+ year old furnace we have after buying a foreclosed home. He was available the same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem right away and got the furnace running within 15-20 min. Then, after pointing out a missing pipe leading to a 2nd floor vent, he went to Lowe's, picked out the parts, fashioned a part that they didn't sell (since our pipe was irregular) and checked to make sure the furnace would cycle on/off.
