Not great. Never given prior notice of arrival. More weeds than even past years when we did nothing to treat our lawn. Chemical broadcast spread onto our driveways and sidewalks (prior service provider blew or swept off from those areas and watched as areas were missed because chemicals spread only with large machine. On the occasions when I was home and spoke to Drew Smith about the complaints during this year, I was met with an uncooperative, argumentative attitude and no resolution to my complaints. Our rental lawn looks far worse as well and I have received no paperwork from Drew Smith for that property at all even after specifically requesting it 6 times.
Description of Work: We hired Envirogreen to treat lawns at two properties: our home and a rental property. I liked that the owner was the one who met me to discuss our needs directly. Before we signed up we explained that prior service provider did sloppy job and didn't cover all areas of lawn and with rental property we weren't given paperwork we needed for our records (taxes) and sometimes didn't get prior notice of their arrival to notify our tenants. Mr. Smith assured me we would have a far better experience if we switched to Envirogreen, so we did.

We are sorry Mrs [Member Name Removed] was unsatisfied with her service, unfortunately she isn't telling the whole story. I never had one call or one email informing us with any of the issues she described above, only on the 5th application did she come out of her house with a very nasty demeanor to inform me that she was dissatisfied with her weeds in her lawn. I explained to her this can happen from time to time especially when the lawn is not kept watered enough and places dry out and become thin, opening the ground up to sprout weed seeds. I also told her in a very calm and professional manner that we spot treat for weeds between feedings at no additional cost, she just needed to inform us in an email or call to our shop. I actually walked her 6000 sq ft lawn to only count 5 weeds throughout the entire property, which i treated as i always do. The rental property she is referring too had not been treated in many many years, the property was basically all weeds. I also explained to her at start of service, correcting this many weeds wouldn't happen over night and could take most of the season to get under control. I treat everyone with professionalism and respect. I also treat every lawn as if it were my own. Drew Smith

Started the middle of May worked on thickening and feeding the lawn. Then continued applying treatments every month to get rid of all the weeds. he also provided aeration in the package. He would leave a white flag in the yard to let us know he was there and the lawn was treated. My lawn looks great!! We will be using his services again.
Description of Work: Assessed the lawn addressed areas we were having problems with. Made several treatments and started seeing improvements right away. He also aerated the lawn. This was a seasonal package.

Description of Work: I had scheduled an aeration and spot over seeding for my lawn. When I spoke with Drew, he as very professional and provided a lot of knowledge. The work was done later in the week. The work was completed in a timely manner with no issues.

After a complete lawn analysis Enviro Green put together a plan to bring my lawn back to life. It had been several years since I had treated my lawn and I realized that if I didn't do something soon I may never get my nice green grass back. Enviro came out and gave me their recommendation for a recovery plan and I have to say my lawn hasn't looked this good since I bought my house 15 years ago. Drew put together a plan of action to bring it back and so far its looking great. Always on time and professional and courteous. Oh and I had a crab grass breakout this summer (due to my not treating in awhile) and Drew noticed this (not me) and insisted I call him when these things happen so he can get them under control, he immediately did an unscheduled crab grass spray on the spot. It was refreshing to see this, as I felt like he was reacting as if it were his own lawn. Enviro Green is truly passionate about their work.

It was truly a delightful experience after dealing with services that treat your lawn and are gone in a blink. I have had 3 treatments now and my lawn is better than ever. He uses granular fertilizer and all treatment is pet friendly.
Description of Work: Fertilize lawn spayed for weeds. He also sprayed my trees too protect from insects. I have large trees and have found no one that could provide this service. I found him helpful and courteous. He took his time and told me how I could improve my lawn.
