I had trouble with another company to show up. Eagle came the day and time they said they would. The two gentlemen were courteous and professional. They explained everything in a way I could understand. When they were done they cleaned everything up and stayed a little while to make sure it was working. I had a cool house that afternoon and it is still working. I took a picture of their beautiful van before they left. I was very pleased and definitely would call them again if I needed them. Thank you Eagle Heating and Cooling!!

Initial technician was on time and courteous. written estimate provided later the same day (Friday) and installation was done on Monday. Work was done earlier than expected, installers cleaned up after themselves and removed all old equipment. No problems at all.

Eagle was highly responsive and came out the same day that our A/C went down. After initially diagnosing the issue as a bad capacitor and replacing the capacitor, it as determined that the condensor would need to be replaced. I spoke with Arnell, the owner, the next day about the options for repair or replacement. The repair option was only slightly less expensive than the replacement option so we opted to replace the entire outdoor conesnor unit. Before the tech arrived the following day, I typed out the work that I was expecting to be done and the details of the unit that was agreed upon. The tech gladly read and signed the agreement and was finished with the work after about 4 hours. Unfortunately after he left I went out to take a look at the unit and realized it was not the unit that we had agreed upon. I immediately called the owner and explained the situation. Over the next few days a back and forth ensued. He claimed I must have misunderstood him because the unit I was expecting was not obtainable for the price we agreed to. Thankfully since I had the signed work agreement I was able to get him to agree to give me a cash refund effectively reducing the cost of the new unit to the cost quoted for a repair of the existing unit. The owner is value oriented and seemingly annoyed by the marketing hype of many HVAC manufacturers and repair companies and will let you know that. He at one point offered to install a contractor grade unit and take the name brand logo badge off of his own unit at his home and place it upon the one he would install. I would use Eagle again for repairs and inspection but for a larger replacement project or install I would shop around a bit. And always get a signed agreement before work begins.

They are very conscientious. They answer all our questions. They are very considerate about how they come into our home like they put shoe covers on. They are very efficient, and we've been using them for the last 7 years.

This was a service call on a split ductless Heating and A/C system this company installed for me in April 2010. A condensate pump burned out on one of the indoor units during very hot weather. I received an onsite response to my call within 90 minutes. They were also able to get the part and install it quickly. For both my original installation last year and this service call, I have had very good experiences with this company - with the owner, office staff, and repair techs. So I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

EAGLE HEATING & COOLING INC It went fantastic, they are an absolutely terrific company to work with. They were here when they said they would be. Didn't try to sell us a high price unit, and I find them to be very fair. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. They do exceptional work and their product is good. Very honest, that is one of the biggest feelings I got from them, "Honesty".

I worked with Arnell to pick out my desired Carrier models of Heating and A/C. The work was promptly scheduled at a time that was convinient for me, and the work was completed in a single day. It went very smoothly, as I had hoped

It went fantastic. My air conditioning unit went and no one was able to get to me right away. I have medical conditions and I can't go with out it, so when I called them they were more than willing to come right out and fix it and they were with in six or seven hours from the time I called them.
