Using a family owned business is the way to go as they go the extra mile and are very responsive to all the questions we have and happy to help with training our pups to be sure they are comfortable with their fence. I wouldn't use another company!

Purchased an underground out-of-site dog fence. Very nice family owned franchisees. Cindy was very quick to respond with a quote and her husband Richard did a great job with the installation and initial dog training. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the two other estimates I received. I would highly recommend them.

The service provided by Richard and Cindy was excellent! They were able to respond to any questions or concerns before, during and after the installation of our electric fence. Richard did a great job training our skittish Aussie around the yard and was very patient with her. We would recommend Dog Guard of Central Ohio to anyone interested in keeping their dog in the yard safely.

It couldn’t have been better. They are very responsive and got us in within a week or so. Cindy was very informative and was very personable! If we ever move we would definitely hire them again. They even trained our dogs on how to use the fence and it had been perfect for us!

We have two Boxers (6/2). They kept getting out of our yard so Dog Guard came out the SAME day!! They looked at our property and made a plan on what would benefit us. They were out the next week installing the fence, they trained the dogs and we had to work with them each day after. It literally took 3 days… these dogs will not leave the yard! My one boxer doesn’t ever want to see a yellow flag again-haha, my other went out of the fence 3x and came back and has never did it again! Dog Guard provided us with batteries and everything else we needed. It was expensive but honestly I would do it all over again! They use a different wire (bigger/thicker)than “pet safe” system does. It is guaranteed containment and he will come out as many times as you need to make sure your pet stays in the yard. HIGHLY recommend great family owned business!!

Cindy and Richard were wonderful to work with. They were prompt on responding to the inquiry, and quick to schedule. The day of installation they were on time and bless their hearts, completed the job in the pouring rain. My husband and I were impressed on how little damage was done to our yard. The follow-up and training provided was efficient and exactly what we needed. Our little Frenchie loves playing in the yard, and has been safe doing so thanks for Dog Guard!
