Michael showed up on time and completed the work I needed done on our double sink vanity.

I would recommend them. I think he corrected the problem, and he was here in a timely manner. They took care of it. There were no issues.

Our sump pump was continually running, but not pumping the water out and the water was almost to the top of the pit. Within 30 minutes of making the call the service person was knocking on my door.

It went well. Everything was told to me up front. I was told the rate upfront, they charge in 15 minute increments so I was able to get a ballpark price in mind. The technician was very personable and professional. We chatted the whole time he was there and the work was completed promptly and to my exceptions. At the end of each of the jobs the three jobs he completed, he had me check them out to ensure that the repair was successful and the item worked as it is supposed to. I was extremely happy with the work!

After doing several loads of laundry water started backing up into the basement from the main drain. After looking through Angie's list I called Cruikshank. Their response was courteous and professional. Troy assessed the plumbing and found heavy root growth in the line. He did a thorough cleaning and suggested the procedure be done yearly. We plan on doing this and will definitely have Cruikshank do the job. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this plumbing company.

They just do good work and they are prompt. I’ve been a long time customer. They are just a good company to do business with. They replaced it at no charge and they came out promptly and fixed it and took care of it. I’ve used them for a long time.

They scheduled me quickly. Their technician showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently while answering all of my questions. The price was very fair and I appreciate their flexibility. I will call them again and recommend them to others.

The merchant was excellent from the moment I called to inquire about them providing services. The person scheduling appointments I really want to say her name was Angela...super friendly and genuinely cared. The technician had some concerns while I waited for my appointment the next day and personally called me to offer advice in the meantime as it was sub zero degrees outside at the time. When the technician did come to my home they were right on time. they put protect coverings on their feet to be mindful of carpets. the were informative, detailed and very efficient! I was really impressed with a technician that was clean, caring and normal! I will most assuredly use them again! In fact, from now on they are my go to company for any service they offer that I may need! I will recommend them to family and friends. I even over heard a lady in the grocery line talking about needing these types of services and didn't know who to call and suggested these folks! She said she would absolutely call them based on what I shared with her. Not sure if she did but hopefully.

Excellent, friendly, clear, prompt, and professional service! After clearing out the main sewer line (took a little over 2 hours, with a clog due to roots that had found their way into old pipes, plus sludge backup), he cleaned up the work area and explained our options going forward, as well as what to watch for in terms of warning signs.

After discovering small leak in old tank, consulted Angie's for the A-rated companies. Cruickshank was the top company that serviced our area, so we contacted them for a quote. We told Michelle what the problem was and asked for a quote for a 40 gal water heater. She told us we should go for a 50 gallon (powervent) tank. Without sending out anyone to look at it, she quoted us $1,500.00. We agreed and she set us up for installation on Mar 19, 2014. Randy and Mic? arrived at 2 PM to prepare for installation. They told my husband that there was going to be an extra charge for changes in plumbing to accommodate new heater. They finished around 4PM. They cleaned up and took away the old heater. Their work was great and we are happy about the new heater installation. The extra charge was $115.00. We probably will go someplace else for a quote before we call them in the future as they are pricey.

He was a nice and pleasant person. It was a simple job and he did a good job. I have not had any problems since they did the work. I kept their information to use them in the future if needed.

Appointment was no problem. Provider said toilet could not be set until flooring was in place. Several ideas were proposed as to how to check/fix sump problem. Very courteous and professional on appointment. We were told we would hear in the next week on an estimate. We have yet to hear from them about the estimate on either the toilet or the sump pump. We had told him (Devin) that we would lay the floor so it would be ready for his company to set the toilet. We were not told to call when the floor was ready.

We had a standby generator installed. And while the guy was here I asked him to fix our shower problem. He did not have a part on him that he needed but he did not charge us for the time it took him to purchase the part . He only charged us for the labor.

Great, they came out gave us an estimate were here when they said they would be here. Did the job in the time allotted. Everything was as it was before they started. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.

The company sent the same plumber as they sent the last time. I had the same excellent efficient service. The plumber's name is Troy. Like I said he was so efficient. I originally called about a toilet that kind of exploded. Water running everywhere. This was not the same one that the company came to repair several weeks ago. Anyway, I had turned the water off to the toilet and made an appointment for the next day. He was supposed to be here between 12-2 but when they realized the job before mine was taking longer than expected I received a call and it was well before I expected to see him. They did not say that I would just have to wait, they were calling to give me options.......I was home and told them it was just fine for him to be here later. So when he arrived I had two other issues I wanted him to address: another toilet and the bibs around my outside faucets. He went to work not wasting any time. He took care to protect my floors. He explained what he was going to do and again after explained the charges. You are very lucky to have an employee like this one.

The work was beautifully done - ours is a particularly tricky drain situation and had not been updated since the late 70's. It took all day long to do the soldering and fitting of the pipes. I thought it was kind of pricey, but we know it was done well.

Our hot water tank died on a Sunday and we called and left them a message before hours Mon morning. They called back shortly after open of business and was available same day (not considered an emergency call). I received a quoted price for a 50 gal tank as we all assumed that was what we had given the size of our home. We've had it 8 years and the tank had no markings for capacity. When they arrived, they descovered it was an 80 gallon so the price went up of course but they had the right one in their warehouse so I still got it same day. They were professional and courteous the whole way. They will be our 1st call going forward.
