Description of Work: Cruikshank Plumbing repaired a leak that was coming from the tub spout and causing issues with the nearby drywall. They also replaced the shower fixture and trim due to a dripping shower head. Troy was very professional, explained the repairs that he was going to provide and the cost, and did an excellent job on the repairs and cleanup.

Description of Work: Addressed several plumbing issues including clogged shower drain and toilet malfunction.

Description of Work: Very odd experience. Estimator showed up but never provided the cost estimate or material options. I don't feel it's my job to chase down contractors. It's their responsibility. So, although everyone at Cruikshank was friendly, how can I give a positive review for a company that does respond?

Description of Work: The plumber was polite...he worked quickly and professionally. My only beef was the bait-and-switch tactic. If you need a new faucet, this company doesn't allow you to simply purchase one and let their employee install it for you -- you must buy a faucet from them. I asked them about selections over the phone, and they assured me that they had a good faucet for about $70, and that the plumber would bring the proper range of products with him. Well, when he arrived he did not have the right faucet in his truck...so, wait for another day or...pay an extra $100 (the faucet I bought cost about $170). To say the least, I got stuck with a very nice faucet but one that cost me $100 more than I wanted to pay. I don't know why this company, which appears to be very professional, would resort to such apparently sordid tactics. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: Repaired the problem--came the same day. We have had them twice--the year before we had a second floor water heater break and leak. He figured out a way to have it drain outside rather than through the floor. He also installed a pan under the heater with the drain.

Description of Work: I have a number of rental properties in the Canal Winchester/Grove Port and have struggled to find a quality plumbing company. I have used them several times to fix various sink, water tank and shower issues. Each time there pricing was fair, the problem was well communicated and problem resolved the first time. They will always be my first call!
