We called them for a quote and they send a tech out to look at the work we wanted performed. He came, was very nice, and looked at our problems. It was a Friday morning. He said he would get us a quote by the middle of the next week. Four weeks later we still don't have a quote. Of course we weren't going to use them after a week passed without hearing. Maybe something happened but this was pretty disappointing. Maybe the work we needed was going to make them enough money. Either way it's unprofessional.

In preparation for a new baby, we asked for a consultation on how to make our well water better all around. The consultant Devon came out and did a thorough overview of the water softener, water quality, water heater, etc. He then came back with suggestions and quotes for a detailed discussion with my husband. The discussion included all the options but was in no way pushy or too sales oriented. We made our decisions and scheduled the 2 days of service. The plumbers were punctual, courteous and very efficient. Randy explained the process and gave me ample warning as to when the water would be shut down so I could use the facilities before he shut it off. The piping, tank installation was all done in a very neat manner and the men cleaned up after themselves very well. After two days of installation and a thorough overview of the work done, we discovered an error code that came up on the new water heater tank. We contacted the company and they sent someone out the very next day to make the quick adjustment. From start to finish, including every receptionist, consultant, plumber we interacted with, we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company!

Service tech was unable to disassemble the Kohler faucets and recommended they be replaced with new. Also service tech was unable to remove and replace the Moen Balancing Spool because it was froze. He recommended that the whole system be replaced which required cutting an access hole in the outer tiled wall. Both recommendations were very expensive and all I wanted was to repair each. The service tech said that both systems were old (15 years) and his office recommends new over repair. Bottom like I was charged $226.00 and nothing was fixed. After the service tech left I personally removed the Moen Balancing Spool with a screw driver and crescent wrench. I called the office to register a complaint and it was agreed that since the system was old they would try to locate the repair parts needed to fix the Moen tug/shower problem at no additional labor charge. Internal to the month it took for them to get the needed parts, I e-mailed Moen and they sent me at no charge the parts that were needed. The service tech returned with his parts on October 15 and with his parts and some help with the parts I received from Moen the problem was fixed. However, the additional charge for the same parts I received from Moen at no charge was $90.00 which I refused to pay. In regards to the leaking Kohler faucets, Kohler has sent me the parts at no charge and a step by step video and I will repair myself.

From initial contact with Vera until Randy completed the work we felt important and respected. Randy arrived 15 minutes early in a clean and labeled van. He was uniformed. He put on shoe covers before coming in. He repaired the problem immediately.

Our service provider (I believe Michael) was prompt, helpful and very professional. He covered his shoes on entering the house, listened attentively to our concerns and let us know what he was checking and why, each step of the way. When we thought additional work might be needed, he reassured us that we didn't and that everything was in good working condition, which saved us additional expense and we really appreciated. We would definitely use Cruikshank Plumbing in the future and recommend them.

We had to get a sump pump and I'm glad we did. What stood out is his dedication, professionalism and getting right down to work.

Get job. They were able to come thendaybafter we called (praise the Lord! I don't like cold showers). Quoted exact price over phone . Installer worked hard and quickly. Was very professional. Would miss the again.

The job went very well. We have used them before on a rental property and that's why we called them again and it went really well. They were able to come out either the same day I called or the very next day; they were like right here. I was amazed at how quick they were here and it was one person. He had to call somebody to bring in something but mostly it was one person and he did a very, very good job and then he explained a lot of stuff for us. It was a gas hot water tank and he explained to us how to turn it on and off and drain it once in a while and he was really, really good with that. I absolutely would use them again.

Had the commode in my kid's bathroom backup three times so I pulled it and did not find any action figures or other item to explain the issue so I contacted one highly rated plumbing company and they could not get to me for two days. I called Cruikshank and the very nice lady working advised they were booked up for the day but she would do her best to fit me in. An hour later they did indeed have someone out my way. Troy came out and I explained the issue I thought I had, he troubleshot the problem and corrected some of the mechanicals in the commode tank as he could not find a blockage. Time will tell, but he explained everything he was doing and it all made good sense to me (which is why you call the expert). I felt they were very easy to work with, honest, did a good job of explaining things and the price was very fair. A very good experience overall and highly recommended.

I like that he came in. We thought it was a leak in the drain because it was leaking through the ceiling. Rather than tearing out my ceiling right away, he went up and looked in the shower. He found the problem. The ceiling did not have to be ripped out. They were very responsive. They were here within a few days.

The plumber was not fully informed of the work required before arriving. Once that was down he quickly completed the work. After he left, I noted he had used an evedently previously USED value that was also leaking a tiny bit.
