It was great. They did the work efficiently and they came when they said they would.

It went fine. Randy has been here before, and I have always been pleased with his work, and he has always been very pleasant and professional. They had installed the toilet about 1-1/2 years ago. Therefore it was out of warranty, but he gave me a discount for the work performed because it was so recently out of warranty.

Not too good. I used this company years ago when they started out and they were fantastic. For all the work they came out for this time none of the work was fixed but I was charged nonetheless. They also came out to the job site without a snake to clear drain. Said it was broken, okay, bring another one. I called the company and talked to the owner about the issues and he said he would call me back the next day to discuss fixing the issues. Didn't hear from him for over a week and even then I had to make the call. Hopefully, I was the only bad service call they have had for awhile. I expected more out of this company.

The service office had our call from the evening prior and told us their DOT plumber was on another job but that they would have the owner call us between 8 and 8:30 am. He did and sent his certified plumber out that afternoon even though he was on another job. The owner also recommended we call the gas company as soon as his plumber arrived so that the gas company could do the inspection when his plumber was still there. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. We called the gas company as suggested and the whole procedure was much less expensive and relatively painless.

Very good experience. I was very impressed. I called in the morning and they came out the same day. They were very responsive and had good customer service. They arrived on time as promised. I will use them again in the future.

I really like them. They've done work for us before. They're on time, they're courteous & professional. They're also very honest and I know from this and past experiences they can be trusted.

After a little trouble getting the estimate done (making connections), everything went very smoothly and easily. No mess.

Excellent experience. Plumber was on time, immediately started the work, and didn't take a break when offered one. He was professional, polite, courteous, neat, orderly and the work was completed in less time than originally estimated. Quality of work was exceptional!

THEY WERE HANDS DOWN, THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BIDDER FOR THIS RENOVATION PROJECT. BEING NEW TO THE AREA, I SELECTED BASED ALMOST SOLELY ON PRICE AND MY BRIEF INITIAL CONTACT. RANDY AND BOB TOOK THE TIME TO DO EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT. I CAN'T FIND A SINGLE INSTANCE WHERE THEY TOOK ANY SHORTCUTS. THIS GAS LINE REPLACEMENT WAS THE HEAVY IRON PIPE STYLE, NOT THAT FLEX TUBE STUFF. THEY COMMUNICATED WITH THE LOCAL GAS COMPANY ON THE DESIGN DETAILS TO ASSURE THE SYSTEM WOULD DELIVER WHAT I NEED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND COMMUNICATED THE PROJECT STATUS - WHICH TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO COMPLETE. EACH DAY THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. AND, THESE GUYS WERE SO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY EVEN TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN A FEW PLUMBING CONCEPTS TO ME, WHEN I ASKED. THE GENERATOR (BOUGHT ELSEWHERE) INSTALLER ARRIVED A FEW DAYS LATER AND HE COMMENTED ON HOW NICELY IT WAS FINISHED, AND HOW EASY THE INSTALL WAS FOR HIM TO COMPLETE. THIS IS A QUALITY COMPANY.

HAVE USED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, & ARE CONSISTENTLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK & PROFESSIONALISM. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY.

VERY REASONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE READY TO BUY A NEW TOILET AND THEY SAVED US THE EXPENSE, HE FELT IT WAS JUST NOT NECESSARY. IT IS NICE TO WORK WITH SOMEONE HONEST. I WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

WHENEVER WE USE THEM THEY ARE ON TIME, WHERE SHOE COVERS IN THE HOUSE, AND ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND ARE HONEST!

THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID CHARGE A $25.00 SERVICE CALL TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE WHICH I DID NOT AGREE WITH, HOWEVER THE OVERALL PRICE WAS ACCEPTABLE.

I FELT THE WORK ACCOMPLISHED WAS FAIRLY MINOR FOR THE AMOUNT CHARGED.

HE DETERMINED IT WAS A PROBLEM IN THE DISHWASHER, NOT THE PLUMBING. THE COMPANY SUBSEQUENTLY SAID IT COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM SINCE THEY DIDN'T WORK ON APPLIANCES. I PAID $80 ($50 SERVICE CALL PLUS $30 LABOR) FOR A DIAGNOSIS WITHOUT THE PROBLEM BEING FIXED. SO WITH THIS OR ANY OTHER PLUMBER, TRY AND MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM IS IN THE PLUMBING, NOT THE MACHINE.

CRUIKSHANK RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO A SATURDAY MORNING CALL AND HAD A PLUMBER AT THE HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS. THEY DIAGNOSED SEVERAL PROBLEMS AND HAD ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO REMEDY A REPAIR. WORK WAS DONE EXPEDIENTLY AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEARLY EXPLAINED.

NOTICED THE LEAK ON THEIR OWN AND FIXED IT FOR LESS.
