+ 0 moreGood experience with Crown from start to finish. They replaced all the windows in my condo, as well as the patio door lights. Others in my building have used them with positive experiences, so I decided to go with them, as well. The installation guys were wonderful. They worked through lunch and never took a break. They cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced old windows with energy efficient windows.

+ -1 moreAs the technician was installing the window, he said that the wrong window size had been sent, so he started attempting to adjust the size with a saw. He did the sawing on the bed in the bedroom, getting sawdust everywhere, and running the risk of damaging the brand new mattress. He left halfway through the installation saying he had to get his daughter. Since the window was finally installed, I have had to cover it with plastic. We really need to have a whole new window installer come and redo it.
Description of Work: They removed an old window, and installed a new one, including the frame.

+ -1 moreIt did not go, they never showed or called.
Description of Work: I know that the LIST likes to hear comments better when the work has actually been perfromed. In this case I really wish that I could do that. I contacted Crown Associates had told them the situation. Harvey, the man I talked with, said that they could handle the job - no problem. Then they were to call to set-up a time to inspect the damage to one of my windows. They never called. Days later I called Harvey back and he had various reasons why he did not call. Then I sent him all of the window information from when if was installed. Harvey liked this because it saved him a trip. Hanvey then said that he would call back with the price and I have not heard form him yet (it has been over two weeks).

+ -1 moreI DID QUITE A LOT OF PRICING PRIOR TO HIRING CROWN. THEIR PRICES WERE ABOUT 1/2 OF ALL OTHER QUOTES, AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!
Description of Work: THEY BUILT AND INSTALLED 8 STORM WINDOWS.
