Employees were very hard working and thorough in their work while also being considerate of my property. They did a great job and I would certainly recommend them to other homeowners.

The work was done well, but not easily. They did not have good customer service and that is very big to me.

UPDATE: C&J Basement Solutions came back and corrected the errors from the original work they did. At this time, it appears to be satisfactory. I am therefore updating my review (and rating) to reflect this. ******** I hired C&J Basement Solutions to install a channel drain across a walk-out basement area and install a sump pump to extract the water collected by the channel drain. Another part of the contracted job entailed replacing an existing above ground corrugated pipe attached to 2 downspouts with a sub-surface solid pipe to drain the water flow away from the house foundation. There were multiple issues with the poor quality of work they did. The solution caused more issues than it fixed. After the 1st rainfall, I called to complain about the new issues that was created by their work. Their "project manager" came the next day and agreed that it was a poorly executed job that was improperly done. I was informed they would come back and redo the job properly but he'd have to get the approval of "his boss" (presumably the company owner). He stated that someone from C & J would be contacting me to schedule the rework. We're on day 7 now and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. I paid thousands of $$ for a job by a "professional" that I could have paid a crack-head off the street a few dollars to do. So far it's looking like my options are to pay again to have someone else do the job properly or to file a complaint with the proper authorities and/or pursue legal action. If C&J Basement Solutions does fulfill their promise/obligation and correct the problems, I will gladly update my review appropriately. Otherwise, if you decide to use their services, you might be wise to have your attorney on stand-by. I'm hoping for the best, but anticipating the worse.

Very prompt, replaced sump pump with no mess.

They came into our home carrying a rug for their feet. They were right on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up after themselves completely and took us on a tour of their work. We could not have been more pleased.

Don from C&J was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He met with me twice to inspect and discuss repair options. Don wrote up a proposal for fixing my basement water issue that appears very reasonable. I have not yet decided if or when to proceed.

I was very impressed and pleased with the work that was done. The major part of the work was done in one day and the rest was finished in another 1/2 day. My basement has been dry every since. I would highly recommend this company and the owner is so personal and honest and upfront with all his clients. I give them an a A+.

Everyone we worked with was very nice and very helpful. The crew came out and did the first step of the waterproofing which was working outside to redirect the water flow away from the house. The guys did a fantastic job and left no mess behind! They recommended waiting a bit to see if that stopped the water before going into the much more expensive inside work. If it works we will have them come back to fix the wall in the basement. If the outside work isn't enough they will come back and do a footer drain etc. inside. I appreciate the honesty of them telling us to go in steps to try to save money instead of just going right to the most expensive fix. Only time will tell if we have to do more but even if we do we still would have had to do the outside work that has been done. If we don't have to do more then we just saved thousands of dollars!

C&J encapsulated my crawl space and treated the basement for mold. They were good to work with and did a great job.

Jobsite was kept very clean considering the work being done.

This company was one of two quotes I received for the problem in our basement. The first quote was $10,000 more than C&J and involved heavy equipment, tearing up our yard, and a major disruption to our life. C&J took a very practical approach and solved our problem economically and efficiently. Customer service is outstanding and I have already recommended them to others in the area.

The installers did an outstanding job. The sod was laid back for the install and the proper amount of dirt was removed to allow for the drain pipe. Clean up was excellent.
