Our experience with C And J Basements was excellent. Jeff was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. We called C And J due to an odor in our basement that we were unable to eliminate or locate. Jeff was honest and told us that what we really needed was a good quality dehumidifier/air purification unit that he does not sell and gave us the information to purchase one online. Jeff educated us on what we could do to reduce the moisture in our basement/home to improve our living environment. Jeff took all the time we needed and answered all our MANY questions. We highly recommend C And J for your basement solutions.

They replied quickly to my request and we had a new sump pump two days later- very quick service! Jeff was great.

Our sump pump died during a storm. Jeff responded promptly and explained the full scope of the project for a satisfactory outcome: the drainage system outside would need to be repaired along with a new spump pump. The sump pump was replaced the next day, and a temporary fix to the drainage system was affected. This project was undertaken during an extremely wet period. We had to wait for the weather to become dryer to be able to finish the drainage portion of the project . When the weather was dryer, the outdoor portion of the project was completed satisfactorily completed. Excellent work with an excellent outcome!

It was an excellent experience working with Jeff and his crew! They are honest, genuine, and extremely hardworking. Having had dealings with other basement waterproofing companies in the past, we were leery of the initial meeting and possible diagnosis, but Jeff put us instantly at ease, and we can't say enough good things about the work they did for us. It was a emergency,called me within 5 minutes, showed up in 40 minutes, explained everything,very informative and got job done quickly.

Came out to quote job next day - installed temporary solution during quote until he can come back to do work. Stopped by later in the day to improve temporary solution - much appreciated. I will update comments after job is completed.

Awesome service. Quick response arrived within an hour of calling. Very knowledgable. Honest as to our sump needs and explained issues in a manner that I clearly understood. Did not charge for items we did not need. I would not hesitate to use this awesome company again. I will be recommending them strongly to others.

They were wonderful!! I was quoted $12,000 by another company and was told I needed work that I really didn't need done!! C&J came in and told me what I REALLY needed for 1/3 the cost!! Jeff knows what he's doing!! Would HIGHLY recommend!! The job was done within a week of Jeff coming out and giving me the quote!!

They responded quickly and arrived on time. The worker was professional , knowledgeable and friendly. He removed the old sump pump and installed the new pump in a very timely manner. Would recommend them to others that need this type of work.

Response time was great, finished when they said they would and went above and beyond what I had expected. I am very happy with the results in my basement. All workers were knowledgeable in the details of what they were doing and explained the entire process to where I understood. Final results are fantastic, There is a huge difference in my basement to where it is dry and smells 100% better.
