Thorough work. Renter said they did not clean up very well when they had to quit and leave before the job was finished.

Robert quoted the job two weeks before we needed it completed. He purchased the required items and had everything he needed to complete the job on-site. Robert was very prompt on his arrival time and completed the job in the estimated time frame stated in the quote. Robert even finished the job and clean up in a downpour of rain! I would ask for Robert the next time I need electrical work done in my home. Thank you, Robert!

Robert is fantastic. Hired someone else who wasnâ t able to do the job, Robert knew exactly what to do and did it in the exact amount of time he said it would take. Charged less than half of another estimate we got. Highly recommended and will use for future electrical work!

Robert Markus from Artium Electric had quoted the Chandelier installation along with several other items. He had asked that we uncurl the chandelier strings so that he can install them quickly. When the chandelier arrived, the strings were already attached and curled in each individual envelope. I mentioned that to Robert and he agreed to install it and then uncurl all the strings. Robert removed the old chandelier and installed the new fixture with all the strings attached. All he had to do was uncurl each string from its individual envelope and attach crystal balls to it. He uncurled one or two strings and decided he did not want to do the job anymore. In spite of my offer to pay for any additional time he would need beyond his estimate, he decided to walk away from the job and leave me in a difficult position. He offered to take down the fixture but it was in no condition to be returned. Robert is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent contractor that I have ever worked with. He has absolutely no regard for his customers and the mess he gets them into.
