+ -1 moreOur house flooded on the second and first floors of our new home and we needed some emergency service. We contacted Aqueduct Pluming And Air and was greeted kindly which surprised us since it was after hours. They were out very promptly and made sure every detail was covered including making us feel safe and what we needed to do moving forward. I would highly recommend Aqueduct Plumbing and Air. If you need an expert and don't want to take a chance on getting an unprofessional company then look no further. We will continue to use them for our plumbing services......Very, very happy with our experience!

+ -1 moreHe installed the junk he sold us correctly it just never would work and he wouldn't stand behind his work.
Description of Work: We had Aquaduct out several times. We really needed a water softener but he talked us into spending almost $1,000 on this piece of equipment that would work "as well" as a water softener. We paid for it and it's installation and one year later had a different plumber put in a water softener. The junk he sold us was just that, junk. It didn't begin to make the water less hard and improve the quality of our water so that our faucets etc. weren't damaged and destroyed. When we called to complain they said it was outside the 30 day warranty but they would speak to the owner and call us back. Despite calling three times, they never talked to the owner and we just lost the $1,000 we put into the thing he was selling. In the future we will do our homework more thoroughly. Aquaduct went by another name when they were subcontracting to Dominion homes to do plumbing for their new builds. That's how we found them originally.

They sized up the issue right away, provided an accurate estimate and reasonable price, and at the end took the time to explain everything they had done to me. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had several problems over a two year period, toilet repairs and bathtub repairs, a leak in our main outside water line past the meter, and leaking outside faucets.

+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND POLITE, BUT NOT VERY EDUCATED ON REPAIRING HOT WATER HEATERS. PRICE MORE THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT PAID JUST 5 YEARS AGO FOR THE SAME WORK.
Description of Work: CALLED TO HAVE THE WATER HEATER REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND AFTER 1 HOUR DECIDED HE COULDN'T FIX IT AND WANTED TO REPLACE IT AT A COST OF $750 TO $850.
