Action Tops installed 2 solid surface vanity tops in my bathrooms and I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the finished products. Jennie went above and beyond to communicate any delays. She was so gracious when I was going through some difficulties in my personal life and missed the timing of our initial meeting – something I felt bad about but appreciated her understanding. The counters are BEAUTIFUL and turned out better than I imagined. Brett and Jennie worked well as a team during the install. The plumber was punctual and did a great job as well. Action Tops is a small company that clearly cares about their customers and one I would highly recommend. Thank you, Jennie and Brett!!

When a small crack appeared four years later, Brett came out and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. Jenny and Brett stand behind their products and are easy and fun to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jennie and Brett are excellent. Their response to my initial inquiry was very fast. They showed for the measurement when they said they would and they were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. I had a really good experience with Action Tops! I was replacing decades-old laminate countertops which had not been installed correctly to begin with in my small condo kitchen. Jenny was very responsive when I requested an estimate. She started talking about making a template and seamless fabrication and custom height backsplashes to cover old paint and caulk lines, and I thought, "This sounds expensive!" But it really wasn't. Jenny came back with Bret to do the templates, and two weeks later, they both came back to install my countertops. They worked carefully to make sure that everything was level and properly supported, and they also had a plumber come as they were finishing up to reconnect all the plumbing. My countertops are beautiful! My only regret is that I waited this long to do new countertops. The price was very fair for the quality product, careful workmanship, and great service experience.

Action Tops was remarkable. Not only was there work outstanding but the entire process was flawless. Install time for 4 tops took only about 2 hrs. Highly recommend :)

Great experience. Having laminate countertops provides the opportunity to easily change the look of the kitchen. In a retro kitchen we installed boomerang pattern with a metal edge. Most contractors had no experience with the classic metal edge so I was happy to find Action tops who had both residential and commercial experience. The team arrived on time, worked carefully and cleaned up. The countertops look great and the kitchen looks brand new.

Jennie came to give us an estimate the day after I called her. Brett came within a couple days after we agreed to proceed to make a template. They came and installed the countertop a few days later. We were very happy with the how fast they were able to get it done for us. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. They did a very excellent job!

Our bathroom countertop was longer than normal which meant we couldn't get one at Home Depot or Lowes, it had to be custom. We called a lot of places getting prices, Action was the same price as everyone else but they had a piece of solid surface in their "boneyard" that worked out well and was a better price. They were superb in communication, promptness and professionalism. I carefully watch how well contractors communicate because if they're only so so there, they're likely going to be the same on the job. Jennie could teach a master class to contractors on business communication. She and Brett are seriously on the ball. They came out and measured, unfortunately due to my poor memory I told them the wrong size so the cardboard template they brought was too small. No problem, they improvised and the end result they brought out today was phenomenal. The space it had to fit in has walls on all 3 sides. Not a standard counter with walls only on 2 sides where it's easy to jiggle it around to fit. Once it was in it was touching or within 1/8" or less of any wall at any point you looked. Walls often aren't exactly square or straight. I needed it to be close since I'm tiling a surround and tile isn't as thick as standard solid surface side or back borders. You can get away with a lot more if you're using those.

This company is extremely customer service oriented. Everything was done on time, professionally and within the costs quoted. Jennie was very helpful and easy to work with, answering all our questions and helping with our decision making. And the people doing the counter replacement were friendly and knowledgeable and did beautiful work. We would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone wanting a new kitchen counter top. We are extremely pleased with how beautiful it all turned out!

Was in the market to get new counter-tops and luckily I have a lot of friends in the home building business. I received multiple suggestion for Brett and Jenny with Action Tops. These home builders are very skilled and do most of the work themselves so I figured that if they are contracting the work out to Action Tops then they must know their stuff. Contacted Brett for estimate on new counter-tops and after reviewing our kitchen he suggested getting us an estimate on new cabinets also. Once we got a quote for $4,00 for the entire project we jumped on the deal. Brett and Jenny did an outstanding job! They arrived at the exact times they stated, finished the job on the exact date they agreed to, and conducted themselves very professionally. Great attention to detail and installed everything to exact standards. Once they were done, the dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and over the range microwave fit perfectly. Can't state how important that part is since the previous builder did not do a prefect job and our appliances would not fit without large gaps or being squeezed in. Brett was very responsive during the whole process and typically responded to my text messages within minutes. This was crucial since we had other work going on as well and being able to take pictures and get immediate responses prevented us from any installation headaches or doing unnecessary prep work. Their ability to take our budget and provide a truly great finished project was very impressive. UPDATE: 1/1/14 ( Rather long but I wanted to truly capture the customer experience in this) After a few months, we began having a problem with swelling on the counter top. Jenny and Brett quickly responded and resolved the problem. A few weeks later, it began happening in other areas. I began to get concerned that we had a bad top so I called Brett. He promptly came out on a Sunday evening and after a quick review agreed that something was not right. The problem appeared to be water damage which was not covered under the warranty. All though Brett was very quick to point out, after saying that, that water should never have been able to get there in the first place. Knowing the entire thing needed replaced, I kinda braced myself as I asked and quot;If this isn't covered under warranty, then how much is it going to cost me?and quot;. Brett looked at me with a surprised look and said and quot;This isn't gonna cost you a d*** thing!and quot;. It was very apparent that he was more aggravated that I was experiencing the inconvenience aside from the fact that he was going to be working for free. My next question, and quot;What do you need me to do to prepare for the replacement?and quot;, he said and quot;Open your front door and we will take care of everythingand quot;. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BRETT AND JENNY'S COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

The whole process went very smoothly. They listened to all our concerns and helped us determine what product would best fit our budget. I am very happy with my new countertops. High quality workmanship.

Their workmanship was outstanding with no damage done to the existing woodwork and backsplash. They were always on-time for each appointment and offered many suggestions on materials and installation options. The finished product is both beautiful and functional.
