Description of Work: One of the lines in our basement had spring a leak. We have like a century home, unfortunately there are still some galvanized plumbing lines that need to be replaced. They replaced different sections of it in the house, overall it would be pretty expensive. Put a new line in for the sink.

Description of Work: Very responsive and courteous. Very customer-focused. I located them to service my sister-in-law who lives alone. They were very thorough in explaining the repairs needed and submitted a very competitive quote. Work was completed in one day and they were very careful inside the house while working. They were very honest and straightforward with my sis-in-law. They didn't use any scare tactics or try to take advantage of her inexperience. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: replaced copper pipes/connections/valves under kitchen sink/dishwasher. We had sprung a leak the night before; we were able to mostly turn down hot water valve, had only small leak remaining. Mike showed up the next day, and did an excellent job replacing all the old/failing pipes and valves.

+ -1 moreToilet installation required modification of the toilet flange. Toilet was in basement with toilet flange set in cement. Flange was crooked requiring extensive modification to insure a strong and correct toilet mounting. Mike arrived on time was courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely would use again.
Description of Work: Installed Toilet, cleaned 2 basement drains and installed flush valve gaskets in 3 toilets.

+ -1 moreMr. Cicero arrived on time as promised and even called 15 minutes before arriving. The work involved replacing all the failed air admittance valves in the house which were emitting terrible smelling sewer gas. He also replaced the ring on one of the toilet valves which made it almost impossible to flush. Works like new now. The vegetable spray in the kitchen was extremely hard to pull out. He re-routed the hose and tightened the collar thru which the hose fit through. Works better than new and like it should. The biggest job was camering the sewer lines which became a problem this past winter with back-ups in the basement. It was discovered that there were some abnormalities in the city sewer line which the city will have to follow-up on in the very near future. All this work took most of the day making the price very very reasonable. I have known and used Mr. Cicero, the owner, for 7 years and have always found his work to be excellent. No recalls have ever been needed. He is extremely knowledable, trustworthy, dependable and honest. He is a perfectionist in everything he does and I don' know anyone better than Mr. Cicero.
Description of Work: Install 4 air admittance valves, replace valve ring in toilet tank, tighten & re-route vegetable spray in kitchen sink and camera sewer lines in the basement and outside to the street.
