He answered all my with full explantions and made some suggestions I may want to think about in the future. There was a high pitched whistling sound & sound of water rushing through a pipe periodically, caused by a faulty pressure reducing valve. Mike replaced the valve & explained the pressure settings. No more noises! Always a pleasure working with Mike & Dawn. Won't hesitate to call them again.

Spent extra time making sure all drains were clear and flowing freely.

Plumbing Solutions was always right on time, the work came in right at the estimate, they left the plae cleaner than when they got there and I never felt like they were trying to BS me or sell me something I didn't need or want. They were also able to snake out my lateral line without notice and gave me a great rate.

The job went perfectly despite the fact that the 3/4 inch ball valves were in very tight spaces and made soldering difficult. That was no problem for Mike cicero. I have used The Plumbing Solution since they started in business in 2007 and I can tell you that Mike Cicero is a perfectionist and no job requires a call-back. It's done right the first time. In addition Mike is knowledgeable, honest, courteous, punctual and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. I would not use anyone else and I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone.

I had called earlier in the day, on a Saturday to set up an appointment to have some work done in my upstairs bathroom. I left a message and was called right back. An appointment was made for Monday. In the meantime, we were trying to close old water valves in the basement, sprung a leak and had to shut of the main water supply. I called them again and they came right out so that we would have water. They only charged 59.00 for a service fee, which also included when they came back on Monday to do the original requested work. They did not charge me extra for the weekend emergency service. They paid much attention to detail, were friendly, self sufficient and clean. They explained everything ahead of time and kept us updated on their progress. I felt very confident that they would do a great job and treat me with fairness. I would absolutely use this plumbing service again. Thank you!

As I stated, shortly after we called this our home, we were faced with a leaky, poorly mounted toilet. We had been discussing other plumbing jobs that we wanted to have done but we didn?t know who to call. The toilet forced us to find a plumber so we turned to Angie?s list. We wanted to find a good plumber that we could have a long term relationship with. Plumbing Solutions fit the bill. They were prompt, professional, courteous, understanding and very easy to work with. Much to our embarrassment, our dog constantly barks when an intruder is in the house and they comfortably tolerated it and worked around it. After the toilet was fixed (required pipe, welding and more) we scheduled a second date to install 2 bathroom faucets, two outdoor cold water fixtures and a garbage disposal and switch where there had never before been one. Their dedication to excellence became even more evident when they informed us of suggested and needed replacements (i.e., metal bath sink drains versus plastic and the kitchen second sink drain replacement of a rusted and deteriorating drain trap). They even did some things that weren?t previously discussed free of charge. For example they installed a shower head and provided and installed a hair trap in our tub. We didn?t expect that they would do that for free so we were pleasantly surprised. They also replaced a rusted broken pipe collar under the kitchen sink for free. Whenever our next plumbing need arises, I hope that The Plumbing Solution is still going strong and available. They are a husband and wife team that complement each other nicely. They are the type of workers that you would trust in your home even in your absence.

They were a wonderful company. I am satisfied with all aspects of their services. I would refer them to anyone that needs plumbing.

Mike was very professional and meticulous in his work. He took the time to answer all questions.

Had to return to correct and finish some of the work. Initial work was started the end of May, some parts needed to be ordered, returned in June to complete the work, but needed to return in August to do additional work and one final time to correct some problems. Not charged for the final visit. Overall we were satisfied with the final result and no problems since.

Plumber Tim was on time, respectful, neat, and friendly and dint waste time. The company was recommended to me by my neighbor.

We emailed and never got a response. Once we did get through to someone on the phone, he was very gruff.

Despite the very tight work space the job went extremely well. I couldn't be more pleased. Mike is a perfectionist. He doesn't leave until everything is checked out and shown to be working after which he cleans up so everything is as before. He comes highly recommended. I have used him before and will continue to do so, If you need a plumber, he's your man..

They are very nice. They are a husband and wife team. I spoke with the wife on the phone and she was very easy to talk to and they scheduled right away. They were both really very nice people. I have recommended them to family and friends. They explained everything they were going to do. I am single and I don't like people coming in the house but I was comfortable with them.

Removed old disposer and installed a new one which he picked up for me. In doing so he found that the drain line between the second sink and the disposer was sloped the wrong way not permitting waste from the second sink to reach the disposer causing a foul odor over time. I consider this to display competency on Mr. Cicero's part as always. If you want expert/competent service priced fairly Mike Cicero/The Plumbing Solution is the place. I have used Mike for 10 years and wouldn't use anyone else.

They were on time, very clean, completed job as discussed above. They will be our plumbers from now on.

They did give me some great advice on bringing my fixtures up to code and were very cordial people. They didn't once try selling me something I didn't need, which people just need a break from these days! I would recommend based on their proficiency (nevermind a minor mistake that occurred); and even though this was a job I could've achieved myself, I guess it was worth the peace of mind placing the liability in the hands of a professional.

Work was excellent. Mike Cicero is the best of the best. He came out on a Saturday and removed the bad valve and installed a new quarter turn valve all on a Saturday without charging overtime rates for Saturday labor. Have always used Mr. Cicero and will continue to do so!

Job was perfect. Done professionally and the area was cleaned-up when the job was done.I've used the "Plumbing Solution" before and have always been more than satisfied with the quality of the work. Mr. Cicero is extremely knowledgeable and demands perfection of himself. I highly recommend them.

The site where the plumbing was located is small and confined and can only be reached by ladder. So with little room it was a tough job. Probably tougher than Mike expected. But the job came off without a hitch and everything is up to code and works perfectly. Extremely happy with the work of Mike and Dawn and will be calling on them again soon. The work area was cleaned after job completion and the price was inexpensive when considering the amount of work performed.

I am more than happy to recommend this company. He does a really good job. He makes time for me. Nobody does that for old people. He has a farm as well, which he has extended now. He is a nice chap. He takes normal charges from me. He is my neighbor as well and I am accustomed to him. It?s amazing that the guy is busy all the time. When he was here he was very thorough, excellent and cleaned up after him self.
