It was excellent. They have done work for us before and we have always gone back to them because they are very reliable, courteous and professional. Mike (the owner) is the guy who came out this time with a helper.

Perfect as always. Mike and Dawn are the best. I called with a problem, they scheduled it quickly. They arrived on time and repaired it on the spot. They explained the issue, then the cost to repair. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and took the bad pipe and gunk (for lack of a better term) with them. This company is a class act. They remodeled our shower and our half bath a few years ago and were nothing but professional. They've pretty much replaced all the plumbing in our home. When we finally get around to our kitchen remodel, they will be doing the plumbing for sure.

dThey were prompt, honest and did the job. The sink was glued to the counter top so it couldn't be removed. They were honest and let the choice to me if I wanted the sink replaced. They did everything that was necessary to replace the facet and did not change the quoted price even though it was a difficult job. I would use them again. It was a great experience.

The team (husband/plumber and wife/assistant/business manager) promptly responded to calls for service. They were very professional in examining the reported problems, providing a detailed cost estimate, performing the work, explaining all recommended actions and findings, and cleaning up. Very meticulous and well organized. They definitely respect your home and leave the work area cleaner than they found it. The were also very careful to wear booties to avoid dirtying the floors. The work completed was of a high quality. The team communicated with us very well all through the process. Payment was easy -- Dawn brought a mobile credit card machine/phone with her and provided excellent documentation and a detailed receipt for services. It was nice to see a male/female team, especially for women homeowners who are home alone -- feels very safe to have workers in the home. Highly recommend The Plumbing Solution. Great quality work, professional and conscientious. We will definitely use them again and again. Mike and Dawn work together well. They are a team, and that is nice to see. They delivered on what they promised, cleaned up after themselves (I think our basement was cleaner after they left then before they started), and were accurate in their estimate of how much time it would take to complete the job. I would highly recommend this team and we will use them again if I manage to break anything else in the house.

Once the project was started it turned out to be much more involved than anticipated. They persevered and worked to correct the problem in a professional and efficient manner. They also made very sure to keep me apprised throughout the project, explaining what they were doing and showing me the problems with the current equipment. They went over and above to fix the problem and maintain their original price quote. I was very comfortable having them in my home, and as a result of my first experience I have had them back to do additional work in other areas of my home. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

When I received my original estimate from Mike and Dawn they were by far the best. They were very upfront about cost, what exactly they would do and prepared me for problems that could arise in a job like this since it was my first time dealing with plumbing. My husband has been in Afghanistan for just over a year and over that time problems around the house have come up, several times I've felt the workers take advantage of me, I never got this feeling from The Plumbing Solution. They wore covers over their shoes during the estimate and work to protect my floors as well as place tarps over the areas they were working/ walking to help protect my floors and keep the house clean. I had very little mess during any of the work (yes a little dust, but this was to be expected). Everyone was very nice to me and my daughter who is 2 and wanted to be apart of the action. The job was estimated to a 3 day project, it took 4 (partial days) because I changed the tile work which took longer. The Plumbing Solution was a perfectionist in every regard, he took his time and did an amazing job on the bathtub as well as answered and inspected other plumbing questions I had in the house. I would recommend them 110%.

They found it right away, shut the valve off. They have always been very professional. Both Mike and his assistant are very courteous. We are satisfied and they clean up after themselves. The price was very reasonable.

On time, wore booties in house, tidy, no mess to clean up, did very nice job on install.

Mike and Dawn were exceptional in every respect. They explained everything to me, showed me the condition of my old pipes and even let me watch everything they were doing. Everything turned out beautifully. They were very professional, took their time to get the job done right. Everything from the initial set-up to the clean up and taking all debris with them, I cannot stress how well they did. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing jobs. There was a portion of the job they ended up not needing to do and they adjusted my bill accordingly, explaining the situation.

Mike the plumber meticulously completed the job in a very professional manner. He thouroughly cleaned the work area when he was finished. He and his helper both wore protective footwear in the house. We highly recommend this company.

Mike the plumber was very knowledgeable and explained to us every aspect of the job. He was very thorough and professional. Dawn, his helper was very courteous.

They first inspected the existing one to see if it was repairable and showed me what had happened and then not only replaced it but also fixed the water line to allow for the proper angle so I would get the correct drainage from that spigot and not have this issue again. I was soo happy with the work in fact that I had them quote 3 other things while they were there and the prices were all good. I will be using them again.

I am known for my homemade carrot cake, which I don't bake that often. While peeling the carrots for the cake, I had a vague notion that something wasn't right. When I flipped the switch for the disposal and heard the clunk and groan, it all came rushing back to me......don't wait until the end of peeling carrots to try and use the disposal! Stupid, stupid me! This happened with carrots before and the plumber who came out to unclog the drain in that instance told me to keep the disposal running and put a small amount through at a time, or better yet to throw them in the garbage. Oops! Since I knew why the sink was not draining, I figured watching a YouTube video was all the information and skill necessary to fix the clog myself. HA! I truly don't know why I thought I possessed any skills necessary to take a drain apart. When I failed miserably, I turned to Angie's List. I called Mike because of his high ratings on Angie's List and because my usual plumber didn't return my call. Mike responded promptly and came out to fix the drain. He explained what he was going to do before he started working and told me what the price would be. He was very thorough in his work, and completely filled the sink twice to make sure the drain was clear and emptying at a good speed. He also gave me tips on how to keep my garbage disposal in tip top shape. I would definitely call Mike again for my plumbing needs.

Every estimate I got said I had to replace the faucet and they replaced. The technician came over with his helpers and they did a good job. They made it esthetically nice. Some tiles had fallen off and they fixed those and made them it look nice. At my request they installed a hand held shower head. They fixed a code violation in the basement. They were very friendly and asked to make sure what they were doing was what I wanted.

Mike cicero was asked to research and recommend a hot water heater with push button ignition since I am no longer able to bend over and light the pilot light manually (with a match) due to arthritus. The pilot light goes out during very windy conditions. Mike came up with the Lochinvar heater which he installed. As always the installation went very smoothly with Mike paying attention to every detail. I have used Mike for over 5 years. Every job he has done for me turned out perfectly. No project has ever been too tough. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, skillful, courteous, honest etc he is your man.

I called to make an appointment on Sunday. Within an hour they called back and made an appointment for Monday. Dawn said it would be $59 to check out the problem. They called on Monday to let me know they'd be at my house in 10 minutes and showed up on time. Mike and Dawn make a great team. They spent an hour and a half isolating the problem. They were able to fix one problem and I am going to fix the other. They gave me lots of tips and were very friendly. At the end they did not charge me anything because the leaks were cosmetic problems! I ended up forcing them to take some payment because I felt they truly deserved it as they had spent an hour and a half figuring out where the problems were. They were so kind! I will definitely use their services again!
