They came when they said they would. They checked our our sewer problem. Found broken tile and tree roots. They dug and replace the broken tile , lined the sewer to and under the house . ( first company that came out want to dig up our whole front yard and jack hammer up our basement) Andy fixed our sewer installed a back check valve , clean out. They took their time to make sure everything was safe. Yes I would recommend them.

NOTHING WAS FIXED! I paid for THREE hours of work to have new handles installed in my bathroom! He stated TWO hours and NOTHING was fixed! I tried calling before and was put on hold! I sent a message through email!! I WANT A REFUND! Now I have to call a real plumber to complete my job!!!

We sprung a leak in our shower, which caused water damage to the ceiling in the shower underneath, rendering both of our showers unusable. After being provided with a quote from a big chain provider that seemed extremely excessive (coupled with fear mongering regarding the size and scope of the project), we connected with Plumb Nation for a second quote. Plumb Nation came out right away and completed the job for less than a third of our original quote. Our shower is back to being completely functional just a few hours after we first contacted Plumb Nation. Our technician, Tim, was extremely professional and fully explained the problem and how he intended to fix it. We will never call another plumber again!! Don't hesitate to contact this professional, honest company that does great work.

What I most enjoyed about working with Tim and Tim from Plumb Nation was their ease of communication and reliability to being on the job at the time promised, even just a bit early, as to not keep me waiting. These guys were professional, friendly and easy to talk to, were thorough in their work and honest in their findings and advice.

About a minute, after I made the Home Advisor request online, Andy called and came out within the hour. I was impressed with his personal appearance, professional demeanor and knowledge. He was very informative about the problem coming from my upstairs toilet which had caused a leak in the ceiling drywall and threatening to crumble and crash into my kitchen below. He started work immediately and finished in about an hour. Afterwards he gave instructions going forward to deal with any future issues pertaining to the repair of the ceiling and toilet . I will most definitely use Andy again and highly recommend . The only reason I did not give a 5.0 on the pricing review because it would have been great to be offered a senior discount. Otherwise it was a definite positive not to have waited any longer to get the problem resolved so quickly. Thank You Andy.

I am incredibly impressed with the honesty, timeliness, and professionalism of this company. I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600. Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough. So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

The plumber arrived on time. Quickly assessed the problem and got to work. It was obvious that he what to do to solve our plumbing problems. If I need a plumber in the future I will defend call them.

The owner and an assistant made a site visit the next day. They wasted no time in analyzing the problem, They thoroughly examined the clogged discharge pipe with a camera-snake, cleared the obstruction, and identified the break in the ABS pipe. They traced the line across the front of the house, pinpointed the location and scheduled a repair for the next morning. We were able to use the system until the repaireman came and were fully restored that afternoon. I found this crew very knowledgeable and efficient. They were friendly and very likable and had modern sophisticated equipment. Thank you Andy and Tim and Alex and thank you Home Advisor!
