Very professional, and well done.

Seemed friendly and explained process. Quoted $5500. Employee hit city water line and gas line while digging to fix sewer line. But stayed late to fix. Finished next day and tried charging extra $1100 for staying late to fix water line (which was to a neighbors house/had no water) and for replacing sidewalk that had to be removed to replace water line. No notice prior to repair of intent to charge more (which is required per contract) and repair was only needed due to employee damaging. Very unprofessional to try and charge a customer for employee negligence and then argue with them trying to state was simply to busy to explain that we would be charged. Lost all respect!

Andy is great. Explains everything very well.. Even gives tips on how to prevent future clogging. Fast, efficient, knowledgable. Same day service. Highly recommend.

Very expensive $1000 for 4 hours of labor and $50 worth of material. the plumber who came was very professional and explained the situation to me about repair required initially ($270). A little time later he told me there was a bigger problem now. A pipe burst in the wall while he was working on it. At the time I did not have a lot of choices since my brand new floor was under water from the pipe that burst while he was working on it. After paying them I reconsidered the job and felt I was taking advantage of. Contacted the owner who was very professional about my concern and reduced the price to $750. All in all, job well done just very expensive. Hard to recommend do to that

Their reply on my issue was prompt. Sadly, they didn't listen to my recent history about unsuccessful power snaking by another plumber. They did come with a camera, but also just the power snake, no hydro jetting equipment that I thought they agreed to use as the next step. They did point out a possible area of broken clay tile, but again didn't listen when I told them I just wanted the broken tile(s) replace, not additional plumbing work to upgrade existing plumbing. I paid them for their work that day, then I instead, contacted an additional plumber who listened, brought the hydro jetting equipment, cleaned out the sewer, located the breakage and repaired the broken clay tiles in the basement floor, installing in addition a basement floor cleanout at the site of the breakage to facilitate future cleaning of the sewer system. They did listen to my recounting of recent past efforts and moved to complete the job. My advice to Plumb Nation is to LISTEN to the homeowner.

they did a routine main sewer line clean out . they ran the snake from the inside of the house no resistance, then from outside and cleared the clog, then a camera down down the sewer line. approximately 2 hours at my house on a weekday my bill was $489.00.

Andy replaced our sewer/sanitary and brought us up to code. He rerouted our storm, also. The job was big but the professionalism and straight forward communication was refreshing. I would recommend This crew to anyone.

Andy responded immediately to my request on HomeAdvisor. He came to my house the day I requested. He even called early to see if it was possible to stop by an hour earlier (which was great) and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was able to complete the job immediately (after getting an unusual part). Andy is very professional, efficient and did a fantastic job. I would definitely call him again with a plumbing repair or project.

Andy was great. Showed up when he said he would and confirmed ahead he was on the way. Provided estimate and completed job in a few hours. Ceiling was leaking and he found issue quickly, assessed what needed to be done and completed it.
