I contacted Giga Home Improvement Sunday afternoon and they responded within two hours and made an appointment that same day to estimate the work to be done. We agreed on a fair price and they returned to do the job on the following Saturday. They installed a custom railing to the basement,, replaced and repaired railings and concrete steps on the front of the house. They responded quickly, made the repairs with attention to details, and strive for perfection.They made me comfortable and confident of my choice to hire them and I will call them for any future maintenance to my hundred-year-old home.Thank You Giga!

Giga Home Improvement by far exceeded what I expected in a Home Improvement company. I had an interior faux wall demoed in my basement, had some electrical moved/eliminated, had a new light replaced in my laundry room, had 2 ceiling fans replaced and even had them fix 2 doors while they were here. Ray and his partner arrived on time daily, accomplished what they had to accomplish, and worked hard. They paid attention to the little details, which made me smile. You can truly tell this Home Improvement company and owner really value what they do. I have already told my friends how impressed I was with their work and clean up and that I would rehire them again in a heart beat!

They were prompt and very easy to work with. I had some small jobs to be completed. They finished them all and did them well. I would recommend them....they are talented and can do almost anything.

Need to be patient with communication, never sure when they can come out. Had no paperwork, get the quote ahead of time. Make sure if any extra work make sure it is added on to the quote.
