FRSTeam by DKS Dry Cleaning Restoration

This company should be out of business the most unprofessional place ever. My insurance company paid them to dry clean and clean my drapes and covers for my slipcover sofa and ottoman. I was told they were going to dry clean all instead they washed my drapes in hot water and toss them in a dryer (yes their worker told me) which made them shrink up to 10” or more. The white slipcovers for my sofa and ottoman came back spotted, not only that the ottoman cover was also discolored. I called and complained and the owner Miss S. told me they were going to order new drapes and in fact they were doing so as we were on the phone. Well she boldface lied. They never order nor did nothing to help me. All my issues were not took care of at all. Instead she had some bully call me and tell me well your husband signed on the dotted line that their company were not going to be liable. What! Seriously! They took advantage of my unfortunate issue of a house fire. My insurance company paid big dollars to supposedly have a professional company clean my belongings but instead they ruin what I had and basically laughed about it. If you past yourself off as a professional cleaning company then do your job correctly and don’t pass your unprofessional lousy work off to your customers and walk away without doing the right thing by your customers by reimbursing them. The only thing they did tell me was they would try and stretch my drapes back to size. Seriously cotton drapes 10” plus short with a flower pattern, imagine how that would look all stretched out. The flowers would be distorted plus it would weaken the fabric on the drapes. My couch and ottoman they totally disregarded that never said a word about it.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for FRSTeam. We lost EVERYTHING (about $40K) in a basement flood last week (no insurance coverage, as we would have needed a special sump pump rider, which we didn't know about). My son was determined to try to save my father-in-laws Army uniform from WWII and his flag. Since it was wool and completely soaked, I thought it would be impossible. The company that came to do our cleanup (All Disaster Services) told us about FRSTeam and said that they do dry cleaning and restoration. When my son called them he was told the cost would be approximately $150-$175, including pick-up. My son took the uniform & flag to them the next day. One week later they called to say that it was ready for pickup. When my son inquired as to the cost for the restoration, he was told there would be NO CHARGE!! FRSTeam said they would be honored to provide their services free of charge as gratitude for my son's, my husband's and my father-in-law's service to our country. My son, and we, were overwhelmed by their generosity. Not only were they able to restore the uniform and flag, they also put the flag in a display case for us. For them to do this for our family, free of charge, means the world to us. Unlike our insurance company, who only cares about the almighty buck, this is one first rate company!!! We are so totally grateful for what FRSTeam has done for us. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. They have restored our faith in humanity and let us know that there are good people out there. Now, when we look at my father-in-laws uniform and flag, we will not only be reminded of his service to our country, but of the generosity of FRSTeam, who honored his service to our country. Thank you FRSTeam!!! You're the best!

DKS contacted me regarding the amount of items they would need to process. I told them to bring a truck! Their team of 3 people arrived at our house and cataloged our items as they were removed (very helpful in the insurance claim process). They cleaned and stored everything for almost 10 months. They were very accommodating when I had to pick things up (multiple times) and delivered everything after the construction was completed. Overall an excellent company that I would not hesitate to recommend. As to the pricing, the bill was paid by the insurance company as part of our policy, so I could not say whether the pricing was average, etc.... My area rugs came back looking brand new! There was no lingering smell of smoke on any of the items. Also, they inspected and listed every item (very helpful for the insurance paperwork) and advised me of any items that were damaged beyond repair.

They are wonderful! I really can’t recommend them highly enough. They cleaned several items including furniture, pillows, yarn, and clothing. Everything they worked on was sent back to me looking brand new. I’m really, really happy with the results of their work and their service in general.

They took away 60 pieces of clothing. He brought back the clothes yesterday. On our receipt, nothing was itemized for price as we asked. He charged us $1200! Nothing was dry cleaned, it was only washed. This is something I could have done myself.
