Frank did a great job with both the floor refinishing as well as remodeling of the bathroom and painting. The work was done as quoted, on time, and with high quality. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Frank's is very experienced person, he knows a lot of things you don't know about kitchen, floor, appliances etc. I like what he does with his friends Steve in our house. My kitchen was older and now it looks great .I recommend Frank's custom Remodeling to anyone look for kitchen work.

Frank explained all of the options for our new deck in a thorough and professional manner. Both he and his helper Steve were friendly and easy to work with. Frank kept us informed through each step of the construction process. He has very high standards which are reflected in the quality of his work.

We had a makeshift basement shower replaced with a new shower. This required reworking of some plumbing and removing old paneling from the basement and replacing it with drywall. When arriving to give an estimate for our project Frank pointed out some safety concerns in our home that we can address on our own. He gave us options on how to proceed with our requested home updates and reasonable pricing along with a reasonable start date for the project. As work progressed Frank and his crew were personable, careful to note pet needs, and restored my laundry area to usable condition as needed during consctuction. Now that the work is done we are so pleased with it and wondering why we waited so long to have it done. The questionair asks if we would hire Frank's Custom Remodeling Ltd. again. We give a resounding, Yes! In fact, on the last day of our first project we asked for an estimate on a new project on our property.

He and his associates have completely restored my beautiful 1928 colonial tudor revival home to survive for the next 91 years. Frank put some nice touches on the deck that improved the overall appearance and function.

Frank was extremely timely with scheduling, starting and completing the jobs I had waiting for him. He worked hard the several hours he was at our home and cleaned up the areas he was working in, even nicer than they were when he started. Frank worked with the city to make sure the repair would meet the historical guidelines and permit processes. He came up with a solution that solved the issue and stayed within our budget. He also worked in very tight quarters and did a great job.

Frank and his team installed a bedroom, with a closet, and a full bathroom on what was originally a large open 3rd floor of our Townhome. Frank handled communications with all parties (architect, electrician, etc) and communicated with us throughout the process. Both the bedroom and bathroom turned out great.

From painting my entire condo, installing new flooring throughout the main floor, completely redoing the bathroom including removing the tub and installing a beautiful walk in shower, to installing a new kitchen sink and counter tops, I am more than pleased. Frank and I collaborated on my basement Home Theater Project. I am an AV guy and he is the guy that made my vision come to life. My basement was dark and uninviting when we started this project, So much so, that my father in-law could not even fathom turning it into a home theater. Well what I can tell you is that the basement theater turnout exactly how I envisioned it and the craftsmanship that Frank brought to this remodel was second to none. Every single person that I invited over to see this remodel was blown away by the transformation. Replaced a screen on our storm door, did a fantastic job at a more than reasonable price.

Frank was great! He removed a cabinet and drawer in order to make room for dishwasher install. Then he installed the dishwasher, a gas cooktop and a hood vent. Frank is diligent about his work and he seems to want to make sure it is done right and looks nice, instead of cutting corners just to get the job done. Will definitely call Frank for future projects!

They replaced the screen on our screened in porch. They did a very good job. We are pleased with the work.

Frank is very experienced and came well equipped with all tools needed for the job. He came to house and met us first and provided recommendations as to what would work best and once work was done it exceeded our expectations. We had shelves built in garage, along with overhead storage installed, had storage built in laundry room, a window fixed, and blinds hung on patio door. Frank stays on the job until all is 100 percent. Turns out that we have a few other jobs that we are also giving to him. Very highly recommended! He enjoys what he does.

Excellent work, everything came out better than I expected! Unbelievable the difference with the before and after. He was very courteous and professional, and worked around our schedule. Honest and trustworthy and gave us great advice along the way.You can tell he knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. I have had Frank do work for me before. He is very professional. When I changed a bathroom fixture and added work, he provided me with the additional cost in a timely manner and requested my approval before proceeding. Frank did bathroom tub replacement, new exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms a food disposal and installed a new attic ladder in the garage. He came back and reinstalled a towel bar that I have tried to put up and no additional cost to me. I completely trust Frank to come into my house do the work and I do not have to be present when the work is being done.

I hired Frank to hang a set of bi-fold doors and newly install a dead bolt on an exterior door. He also installed two handrails, and filled a hole in the concrete in the basement floor. He and his son did a great job. He was able to fit me in within the time I needed the work complete, and arrived on time. Polite and full of good information. Cleaned up nice, too. What an easy hire, and affordable, too!
