The owner Joe is honest,personable and hard working. He gave me a fair quote for the project and helped me save some money. He and his crew arrived promptly and completed the job within promised timeframe. I gave 5 stars for professionalism and meticulous craftsmanship.

Joe was my sales guy, and he is devoted to giving value for the money. After looking for ways he can beat other bids, he even comes to the job himself to make sure it goes well. He takes a personal interest in it .Really good communication skills, too, which is always a plus.

Joe and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were willing and able to deal with a few unanticipated problems, offering me options so everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. They took care of everything from removing the existing flooring to installing the molding, including a final cleanup of the installed floor. The wood floors are absolutely beautiful! Joe and Mike did my hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining area. They did a great job in one day.

Joe and Mike installed hardwood floors throughout my first floor. They did a great job. Had to cut out and replace a board that had a small splinter which they did graciously. Also took the time to custom make a couple of trim pieces. I was a little dissatisfied that there were several marks on the floor which they said was residue from the rubber mallet and would easily wipe off but, not so. It takes a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Qualities I did not find in some of the other installers I had out for estimates. I am a perfectionist and their customer service met my high expectations.

Mike and Joe are definitely a great team. They were very attentive to every detail and the end result is beautiful. Initially they said the job would take 3 days and they got it done in just over 2 days. They were always punctual and respectful and had amazing ideas when it came to the floor. There is definitely a level of skill that is unmatched and I would recommend Floor Essence and use them for any future flooring jobs

Floor Essence did a fantastic job for us. Our basement had recently flooded and after we had completed our waterproofing, we hired FE to redu our basement floor. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthly, and VERY resonable compared to other companies we had out to quote. They even went above and beyond to fix up some baseboards/drywall they needed to be replace. I would definitely hire them again should I need to replace fooring or carpet. We were extremely pleased!

So pleased with the Floor Essence team. Very knowledgeable and talented. They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! There is more that will come because Floor Essence will be replacing my existing master bathroom shower with a tiled, walk in shower. Can't wait to see its transformation! Do not hesitate to hired this team of professionals.
