He and his helper power washed our vinyl siding and gutters and it came out beautiful. He was an extremely hard worker and very careful and meticulous. I was impressed with the amount of hand washing with extension brushes that they did which clearly made a difference in the outcome. I was very pleased with the price, the result and the entire experience.

We live near some factories so the air isn't great. The house looks great. They were on time and were very professional. Their price was better then another provider we checked with. I was very pleased with the work they did.

They showed up early. Work was completed as per price quote. They did an excellent job.

The quote was broken down into choice points if I didn't want to do the driveway, patio and house. I contacted another well rated company also from Angie's list however Crystal Kleen's quote was $400 less for the same work. I feel I got more than my money's worth.

Art came to house to give free estimate for job and for staining of deck. He left a written estimate for cleaning of house, cleaning of deck, and staining of deck. We called to set up date. He called to confirm night before cleaning and to remind us to close windows. He used power equipment being careful to protect flower beds. The job took about 3 hours. The house and deck look brand new. We are very pleased with job.

Art was extremely professional. He came out right away to provide us with an estimate. The work was completed within a few days of approving the estimate. We were very happy with the service overall.

They were very professional and friendly. They were out the next day after I called for an estimate. They were here on time for the service. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did an estimate and left it in the mailbox. Noted that the condition of the siding was old and poor, and that power washing would likely strip all the paint off, rather than clean it. They recommended having the house repainted. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

He was courteous, very friendly, efficient, reasonable and he was a really nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

ART DID A GREAT JOB AND COST WAS FAR LESS THAN OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. HE TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY GET THE CONCRETE CLEAN, INCLUDING WORKING ON OIL SPOTS IN THE GARAGE. ALSO HAD SOME GLUE ON THE FRONT PORCH LEFT BY THE PRIOR OWNERS, WHO HAD GLUED INDOOR- OUTDOOR CARPET TO THE FRONT PORCH, AND ART WAS ABLE TO GET THAT OFF. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

OUR HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY LANDSCAPING. THE GUYS DIDN'T CRUSH ANYTHING. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, RETURNED CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS POLITELY.

ART RETURNED MY CALL REQUESTING AN ESTIMATE WITHIN HOURS AND SET UP A CONVENIENT TIME TO VISIT THE HOUSE. THERE WAS SOMEWHAT OF A WAITING PERIOD UNTIL HE COULD FIT US INTO THE SCHEDULE, BUT HE STUCK TO HIS SCHEDULED DATE, DESPITE ALL OF THE RAIN WE HAD THAT CERTAINLY MUST HAVE INTERFERED WITH OTHER JOBS IN THE MEANTIME.

HE'S VERY DECENT, HONEST, AND CONSCIENTIOUS. HE'S VERY RESPONSIVE, IT'S BEEN GREAT WORKING WITH HIM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
