CJS performed well above my expectations. Chris was great to work with and Mike was too. Chris was very prompt and professional and Mike was very knowledgeable and detail oriented throughout the project. They were always reachable and there throughout the whole process. I had my whole roof replaced and my shed roof replaced as well. I couldn't be happier with the job done and highly recommend these guys!

The roof is beautiful. I have some problems with it and I called him up and explained it to him and it's very difficult to get him back here and he has never come back out to check it. I would never recommend him ever because I think I have some issues with the roof and he should have come out even if I don't have any issues. He lied to me and he said that he was going to send someone out to check it and he told me the time. I was home at the time and came to find out that he just sent someone to take a picture and then when I talked to him again he said he came out. I know he never did at that point in time but he didn't even give me an opportunity to show him what I thought was the problem because he already told me that he had been out which was never was. So, I would never use him and never recommend him. I want him to come out and tell me that everything is okay but I want him to come out and not one of his help to take a picture of the roof and he says everything is okay. To me, it had a buckle against the wall of the garage attached to the house, every tile was kind of buckled and I didn't like that look. I thought it needed another nail although maybe it didn't and I needed him to tell me.

We are very pleased with our new roof thanks to CJS Exteriors. Chris and his manager James are excellent in that they 1) assisted in color selection and tacked up 5 different shingles on the roof for us to examine and review prior to selection, 2) were patient with our questions and concerns, 3) communicated promptly, 4) cleaned up the yard and 5) completed the work when they said they would. James was an excellent on-site manager. I would highly recommend them.
