Description of Work: John Barbera came out to give us an estimate on a new roof. We were very impressed with his knowledge and asked if we could repair the roof, rather than spend almost $12000 to replace it (others had told us no). He didn't hesitate to say yes. He resealed our brick chimney flashing & did some other repairs around and to the chimney, resealed 3 soil stacks, converted 3 vents to B vent system, and then we had him replace 3 other vents in a troublesome area, just to be safe. We also paid an addition $995 to have a gutter guard system put in. John also sealed all of our valleys and we only paid for the product, not the labor. He also gave us a "roof tune-up" free of charge. When we do need a new roof, we will not hesitate to call John.
