This company seems to be a middle man who hires out handymen of varying abilities. I decided to go with them because they could get the job started the soonest and were a few $100 less than my other quotes. The first handyman that showed up had literally no idea what he was doing. Several times I went outside and he was watching YouTube to figure out how to build my gate. I have since learned a lot about gate building based on everything he did wrong. A second handyman came out and was able to get the gate as close to functioning as he possibly could given the botched job of the first handyman. As of writing this review though, there are still planks missing from the fence and the gate has no latch installed, and I was told I need to pay extra if I want a gate that latches closed. I have to use bricks to keep it from blowing open in the wind. If the gate was fully assembled and had a latch I might be willing to give it three stars. The owner of this company is a kind man.
