Description of Work: I have utilized Jose's professional services on numerous occasions. The first was to install a new hot water heater. Another plumber had been called in initially, but Jose could have easily handled this himself and more quickly. He picked up the new hot water tank, drained the old tank, hauled it out, installed it with hydrpresses (state of the art - you don't have to solder), and hauled the old tank away ($700) The second occasion involved a bathroom tearout. He and 2 of his crew did an entire tearout in a day and installed the shower pan and had it checked out that it was draining properly. Have your tiler and cabinets ready because this will be the only that will delay your new bathroom going in!!! ($1600 from Jose's end and he has done so much more!!!) He also installed a new shower head for us with personal shower in minutes ($165.00) Lastly, he used a high tech camera to look behind 2 soffits to see whether or not we have electrical/plumbing behind them. We do and have acted accordingly for a kitchen remodel about to begin.
