Floor Essence and Home Remodel

Used Floor Essence to put ceramic tile in our master bath. Seemed to go well and floor looked good but realized after they left that they didn't measure and cut the 2 floor vent opening area tiles correctly- the cut out misalignment meant that part of the 4x6 opening was over the solid floor and not the open vent return ( they knew this before they left but mislead me by saying I just needed to go buy different size floor registers). No floor vent registers would fit and we needed to be able to put the original size ones on. Sent email which went unanswered. Called him a week later and he admitted to getting my email without replying. We scheduled for him to come out and he either cancelled or was a no show 7 times (Including one time when my husband had to reschedule meetings in order to be here). Said cancellations were due to: 2x- running late on previous job 1x- couldn't wait 30 minutes when my dentist appointment ran late (even though I was accommodating his preferred date and time on the reschedule), 2x- sick child at home, 1x- no show without call...a day or 2 later returned my call and said his phone had broken and he didn't have my contact info (?), 1x- just didn't show and never answered phone calls or messages.... Haven't heard from him since. My husband ended up having to take the registers apart and cut them in order to make them fit. Absolutely would not recommend.
