CLEAN AND SHINE CLEANING SERVICE INC

Beautiful!! I walked in and it smelled clean and fresh. Our hardwood floors, which were a mess from winter grime, were gleaming! Stainless steel appliances were sparkling! The two women arrived right on time and finished right on schedule! I'm so happy with the service that I will definitely be using them again!

Very well. They are prompt. The girls have done a fine job on cleaning from day one. Sue, the owner, is easy to work with. They truly do what they say the will. I highly recommend them to others.

Sue, the owner, was very friendly and professional. We had a last minute request that she was able to accommodate. The ladies that did the cleaning were more than thorough with the job they did, they did extra touches that were completely unexpected; such as our bed to be made, throw pillows to be fluffed and arranged just so, as well as folding the top tissues in our Kleenex dispensers. These little touches, to me, show a professionalism in the staff that is unfortunately missing in a lot of jobs in the services industry. Thank you again Sue.

I am very satisfied with services.. Cleaners showed up on time. All rooms cleaned. Tops of furniture and bookshelves dusted or washed. Kitchen counters and sink cleaned. All floors washed or vacuumed. Bathroom appliances cleaned appropriately. Usually there are 2 cleaners and home is approx. 1700 sq ft. It takes them 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. to clean thoroughly. If there is something extra, I leave a note and I can count on the job being done, eg. carpet on side porch, fan blades. If time is not good for me, Sue works with me so that time is convenient for me. Also, she gives me a reminder call on the day before services. I have been with this company over 5 years. Service and quality of work are excellent. One time, a neighbor stopped by and during her visit, she used the bathroom. When she came out, she asked me how I got the glass shower door so clean and clear. That's a good example of the quality of work.

I've been thrilled with the ladies who come. They're very professional and detailed oriented. I've had others before and these ladies are way above them. I am thrilled with their service. I would recommend them highly!

They do a great job. I have used them for many years and highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced for excellent service.

As usual the cleaning was done very well and thoroughly.

On Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at approximately 8:30 AM sharp I had the occasion to witness two of the hardest working people I now know. Today was the day for my regular condo cleaning and boy was I looking forward to it. This too was a rare occasion for me as I was working from home while two dynamic ladies were cleaning {something about as rare as a lunar eclipse}. Led by the choir-strength voice of 11-year veteran Sami the tag-team combo of a Serbian and Romanian were absolutely astonishing in their speed, thoroughness and care. By the time they were done the entire condo had that opening-the-door-to-your-hotel-room-for-the-first-time feel. I can't share enough the pride {and joy} one has after these two ladies have completed their rounds {especially at such a reasonable price}. Simply put the condo looks and feels as brand new as it did 15 years ago {when it was first built}. If you want your home to sparkle with spotlessness fueled by tender loving care call Clean & Shine. Captained by owner Sue Costello they'll make any place cleaner and shinier. You have my word on that.

It went great! They were very attentive to the cleaners that I wanted to use, and also attentive to just about any other need we have.

They cleaned at our business one time and we weren't impressed with the job they did. We decided to hire one of our own employees to clean. I called Sue to let her know we wouldn't be using them for the monthly cleaning service anymore but would like an estimate for buffing/waxing the floors. She said she'd call back to schedule a time to come out and measure. After a week or so I hadn't heard back so I called her again. We scheduled a time for her to come in - she never showed up. We give them an A for punctuality and professionalism only because the people that did the cleaning were professional and punctual.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN SUPPLIES. THEY WILL WORK FOR THE SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IS IDENTIFIED WHEN SCHEDULING THE JOB, SO IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO PRIORITIZE IF THEY FIND THEY CANNOT GET EVERYTHING DONE IN THE ALLOTTED TIME.

FINALLY, A CLEANING COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS THE DEFINATION OF CLEAN! THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR MANNER AND WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A JOB WELL-DONE!

THEY ESTIMATED 2 HOURS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE AND I DID NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH TIME TO FINISH, BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT.

THE AGREEMENT WITH SUE WAS 3 WOMEN FOR 3-4 HRS. INSTEAD, 2 WOMEN (BEVERLY AND JUDY) CAME FOR 3 HOURS AND IT WASN'T ENOUGH, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE HARD WORKERS. LUCKILY, I COULD GO BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FINISH IT UP. ALSO THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME AT 9 A.M. AND I RECEIVED A MESSAGE WHEN I TURNED ON MY CELL PHONE JUST BEFORE 8 A.M. THAT THEY WERE COMING AT 8:15 INSTEAD. THEY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE AT 8:30. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN WITH A STIPULATION THAT THEY ALLOW ENOUGH WORKERS AND TIME FOR THE PROJECT.

CAME AND CLEANED WELL TWICE, THEREAFTER NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALL TO RESCHEDULE, THOUGH I WANTED THEM ON REGULAR BASIS. THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULED THEY DIDN''T SHOW; WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID ''THEY WERE ONE GIRL SHORT'' AS A REASON.

VERY GOOD SERVICE THAT COMES AT MY REQUEST, COST IS PER HOUR. THEY DO DISPLAY A REAL DESIRE TO DO QUALITY WORK, THEY WORKED IN HOME OF MY MOTHER AND WERE EXTREMELY GRACIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.

IN EVERY ROOM THEY MISSED A PIECE OF FURNITURE AND IN THE BATHROOM THEY MISSED THE LEDGE IN THE SHOWER. WHEN I ASKED THEM IF THEY WALL BRUSHED, THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I HAD TO SHOW THEM A WALL BRUSH. THEY LEFT DEAD FLIES ALL BEHIND MY VERTICLE BLINDS AND THEY CLEANED THEM UP ONLY WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. MY HOUSE NEEDED A GOOD CLEANING BECAUSE IVE BEEN OUT OF THE STATE FOR MOST OF THE YEAR AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. THE THING OF IT IS, I LET HER KNOW IT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE A WHILE BECAUSE MY HOUSE WAS VERY DUSTY, SHE SAID SHED SEND TWO PEOPLE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND THEY STILL DID A HALF JOB BECAUSE THEY WERE RUSHING. I HAD TO GO BACK OVER AND CLEAN EVEN AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY JUST DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING.

THEY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN COMPANY I HAVE USED IN 20 YEARS OF USING CLEANING COMPANIES. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM.

45/HOUR FOR TWO WOMEN. DELIGHTFUL LADIES. ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD.HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. DO EXTRAS WITHOUT BEING TOLD.

THEY SENT TWO PEOPLE OUT TO CLEAN MY CONDO AND IN TWO HOURS, THEYD COMPLETELY CLEANED OUR CONDO AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND DID A VERY NICE JOB CLEANING. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS FOR HER TO GET BACK WITH US AFTER SCHEDULING A PROSPECTIVE DATE. I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES ON HER BUSINESS PHONE AND CELL PHONE, FINALLY SHE DID CONTACT ME AND WE GOT THE WORK DONE. I WAS SCHEDULING REAL ESTATE PEOPLE TO SHOW MY HOME, SO TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
