Great, from the get go. Sue came and did an in-person estimate. I appreciated meeting her and having an actual visit for determining the cost. Her crew has cleaned twice so far, and they are great. Professional, friendly and efficient, on time. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Sue and Clean and Shine.

Everything was perfect...from the advance call the day before, to calls that day before the crew arrived. The cleaning was outstanding, thorough and the crew were friendly and very competent. Would highly recommend.

I used this company to help spring clean my home. The two ladies who came were right on time. They worked hard and did a nice job and were very friendly. I was hoping to have the window and door tracks cleaned, but since I didn't specify, I'm assuming that is why it wasn't done. Only a few minor things missed, but nothing that would prevent me from hiring again. Great job gals! I'll be using your services again :)

I can't even express how grateful I am for Kim and Amber!! They are always friendly, on time and do an amazing job. We have a LOT of wood in our home and they do a stellar job. All non toxic products so, I know it's safe for my toddler and my dogs. I know I can trust them in my home and you can't put a price on that. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them!!

Wonderful!! Angie and Amber are punctual, professional, and so incredibly thorough. I am so relieved and much less stressed about keeping up with what felt like endless cleaning around the house, especially upstairs. Sue came out and gave me an estimate. She called back the next day and was able to start the service the following week on a day which was perfect for me. Molly and Kat came out and did a wonderful job and I look forward to them coming back every other week as planned to keep my house nice and clean. They are all so friendly.

The owner, Sue, was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and came in two days to give me an estimate. The following monday the two ladies arrived right on time, they were very pleasant and worked very professionally and well together. They brought all the necessary cleaning supplies but had no objection to using the product I wanted used on the granite counters. Sue had said it would take two hours and that was how long they were here. We are very pleased with their service and have set a regular monthly schedule. We will continue to have the same ladies each visit which we appreciate . We are very pleased and highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

I had specifically asked for the dust and hair (mine sheds as much as my 2 cats) to be eliminated, as I can do regular cleaning but can't reach high or low to get built up dust and hair. They did what I do for regular cleaning, so it was a waste of money and time as after they left and fans were still on not only 1 hour later there was balls of cat hair rolling around, which means they didn't get under or behind anything I had mentioned. I will be calling back another local cleaning business NOT associated with Angie's list. I have found out that businesses I hire thru Angie's with a special price do not put out the effort as a full priced local business that advertises in the local business flyers and those will do a better job in the long run. I am now done with Angie's. The only business that did what they said at a great price and did a wonderful job without bothering the worker was Downey's Carpet.

Perfectly. The ladies arrived a few minutes early, got the job details and started work. There were two women who I believe worked for 4 hours. My house shined.

We were selling our house and wanted to get it cleaned prior to having picture taken. I wanted windows, window sills, floors, baseboard molding and bathrooms washed and my shelves in my 7×9 ft pantry scrubbed. I reviewed this list with the person who answered the phone. Two cleaning people showed up promptly. My husband showed them the list and they prompt started to dust and vacuum. He kept telling them they were cleaning the wrong them and repeatedly showed them the list, but they kept doing their own thing. When I got home, I was really disappointed. The floors looked like they had a film on them like they didn't change the water and the windows also had a film on them. They made a half-hearted attempt to wash the window sills. My husband said they spent time in the pantry, but I could tell nothing had been moved and the shelves were still dierty. I thought maybe the marks from the bottoms of cans sliding across the shelves was too tou g to come off, but it came right off with a Mr. Clean sponge. The 3 bedrooms had been dusted and vacuumed...too bad I'd just done it 2 weeks prior and the doors had been closed since then and they didn't need it. I spent the next 2 hours cleaning up after the cleaning people. I didn't bother to call because I didn't want them back.

The two associates spent about 5 hours performed a modified deep cleaning of most of the house. There were aspects we did not require such as oven and refrigerator cleaning and there were some areas of the house that did not require cleaning. They followed the directions provided and we were pleased with the results.

Clean and Shine has done a wonderful job in my home! Sue, the owner, came and provided a thorough quote and was responsive and timely. The cleaners began with a thorough "spring clean" and I have now hired them for a bi-weekly general clean. They are on time, thorough, and very easy to work with.

The cleaning crew arrived early, brought all their supplies, and did a great job. They were able to do a deep clean of my house (4 beds, 2.5 bath) in 3 hours. When I came home, I was happy with the results and I would hire them again.
