When I called they were able to give me an appointment that same afternoon. I was very glad not to have to rearrange my work schedule later in the week. He called to confirm when he would be arriving. He first checked my inside a/c unit and changed the filter for me. He also gave me good advice on how often to change the filter, and what kinds I could use. He then went outside and checked the unit. He also gave it a good deep cleaning and checked the pressures. He used our garden hose and insisted on putting it back where it belonged. He was very polite and answered all our questions. He even explained exactly how the a/c unit works. I would use this company again and recommend it as well.

I was using another large local HVAC company and they were OK, but Frank's service was in a class by itself. Just outstanding. He was checking the exhaust gas composition, checking the gas pressure and other things that the other company never did. He did the cleaning for $75 and replaced a water panel in my humidifier that had mold on it. I know Frank through my church and I have full confidence in his integrity and skills.
