The Tub Doctor's price was very reasonable--especially when compared to purchasing an entirely new tub. The Tub Doctor was also responsive and professional.

+ 0 morecommunication, scheduling, and the service call all went well. dan was on time, thorough, and most importantly... extremely honest. I just wish he also installed new tubs because I would gladly give him that job too.
Description of Work: had a mystery leak from a whirlpool tub that would soak through to the ceiling beneath. access to the tub was difficult to diagnose the source of the leak on my own.

+ -1 moreWonderful experience from the start. The office staff was courteous and prompt in returning my phone call. She made an appointment right away and worked around my schedule. Dan came out and repaired a fairly large crack in my fiberglass shower wall. He was prompt, took his shoes of and made sure everything was clean when he left. The repair is perfect. I will definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: We just moved into this house less than two months ago. The Jacuzzi shower base developed a small coach where the base meets the side of the shower liner. Dan was able to repair it and charged less than the estimate as the work and materials were not as extensive as expected.

+ -1 moreWe are disappointed with the final result. We were told we were going to love it and it would look like new--it doesn't. We had used this type of professional in a home in the past with better results--maybe because the tub was newer? Additionally we are disappointed that the shower floor resurface doesn't have the slip proof texturing as promised. Dan agreed to come back out, but we cancelled because we felt he really couldn't make it 'better' and we have many other projects here we need to do.

The Tub Doctor Inc offers the following services: Fiberglass bathtub, shower and whirlpool repairs. We repair cracks, holes, leaking and cracked floors in tubs and showers, scratches, gouges, and any other defect or damage. All repairs are completed to match. We also do tub cut outs to turn your bathtub into a step through shower stall. Whirlpool repairs and grab bar installations where applicable.
We specialize in repairs and tub cut/step throughs only. We do not do complete bathroom remodels and installations, and we do not do full unit refnishing.
