They arrived on time. The price of the service was reasonable. I did not feel that I was being taken. Also, technician was very friendly. Definitely would recommend these guys.

I had a furnace that was 2 years old which stopped working. I was unable to make contact with the org installer. Scott contacted me within a few minutes and had his dad out in 45 minutes. The repairs ended up being more than the problems org thought to be. They got my parts covered under warranty and charged me a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied and will be sure to use again.

Scott from State Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. His team did a great job and quickly completed my new furnace installation. His price was hundreds of dollars less all the competitors I checked with.

He arrived on time and was totally professional. He warned me about future energy efficiency standards and umdates.

The receipt listed as follows: Trip charge $25, Labor $60, and the Thermocouple price $60.However, the Thermocouple that was installed retail price is only $10, and sale around $7. So charging 600% over the retail price for the material undermined the Value for Money - irrespective of other price.

State Heating was very fast to respond. I submitted my request near midnight and received an email wishing me a good night and they'd contact me in the morning. I was contacted shortly after 7am and my furnace was serviced by 10:30! Great work and great pricing!

The technichian arrived a bit early and he was very efficient and friendly. The unit was taken care of quickly and the vents were inspectected for proper pressure and temperature. All together there service was well worth the time.
